AZULIS Tigellio Suite 3 is a first-floor, one-bedroom suite in a restored historic building, tucked down a quiet lane of the old town, close to Corso Umberto. In 40 m² you get a king-size bed behind mirrored sliding doors, a French balcony and a sofa bed that sleeps two more. Made for couples, small families and work trips, sleeping up to four.

🛌 Bedroom Behind Mirrored Doors

Mirrored sliding doors separate the bedroom from the living area. Inside are a king-size bed (160 × 200 cm) with premium bedding and ergonomic pillows, blackout curtains, soft lighting, a mirrored walk-in wardrobe and a 55-inch smart TV of its own.

🛋️ Living Room & Sofa Bed

The living room has a sofa, a 65-inch smart TV, a JBL sound system, books and board games. When four are staying, the sofa becomes a bed with a comfort topper. The apartment has a French balcony: a railing at the opening, with no outdoor space to step onto.

🍳 Open CREO Kitchen

The open CREO kitchen comes with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, a Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster, plus cookware, dishes and wine glasses. Coffee, tea, olive oil and spices are provided; blender, rice maker and bread maker on request. The dining table seats four.

🚿 Bathroom, Laundry & Work

Walk-in rain shower, bidet, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and fresh towels. The apartment has its own washer-dryer, plus air conditioning, heating and sound-insulated windows, while Wi-Fi up to 480 Mbps and a universal power adapter suit remote work.

🏖️ Beach Kit Included

A parasol, fast-drying microfibre beach towels and a cool bag with freeze elements are ready for you. On stays of three nights or more, a jute beach bag is yours to keep. By car, the beaches of Pittulongu and Bados are about ten minutes away.

📲 Arrive Any Time

Self check-in runs 24/7 with Vikey: a link in your browser, nothing to download. Register with your ID, as Italian law requires, confirm with a quick selfie and open the door from your phone. After your first entry you also receive the key-box code, so you can use keys or the link, whichever you prefer. Book direct and you check in from 15:00 and check out by 11:00, an hour earlier and an hour later than through the booking platforms (16:00 and 10:00). Arriving early? You can always drop off your luggage at the property from 12:00; just give us 30 minutes' notice. The suite is on the first floor.

🚗 Parking & ZTL

The suite is inside the ZTL, the camera-controlled limited traffic zone of Olbia's old town, and visitors cannot get a permit, so park outside the zone. Free public parking at Molo Brin is about a ten-minute walk, subject to availability. Prefer a gated space? Our walled private car park at Via Sassari 20, about a three-minute walk, is paid and can be reserved: just message us before you arrive.

Cafés, restaurants and shops around Corso Umberto are just steps away, and the whole historic centre is easy to explore on foot. Children are welcome: a travel crib, high chair, baby bath, baby monitor, changing table and outlet covers are available on request; please ask before you arrive.

AZULIS is hosted directly by the owners, Floriana and Kristina, with our own team here in Olbia. Message us whenever you need something; we usually reply within minutes. On stays of six nights or more, a mid-stay clean with fresh linen and towels is included, then every four nights after that.
