On the fourth floor of the new Clubhouse building at Via Bernini 21, Olbia, AZULIS Clubhouse #8 gives you 85 m² with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a private terrace with sea views and room to eat outside. Both bedrooms have king-size beds and a double sofa bed sleeps two more, up to six guests in all. Made for anything from a weekend getaway to a longer holiday.

🌇 Dinner on the Terrace

Eat outside as often as you like: the private terrace on the fourth floor has sea views and its own outdoor dining area, ready for long dinners after a beach day and an unhurried coffee before the next one.

🍽️ Kitchen & Living Room

Self-catering is easy in the custom CREO designer kitchen, fitted with coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven, hob and dishwasher. In the open-plan living area, a 75-inch smart TV handles streaming and the JBL Bluetooth sound system plays your own music.

🛌 Rest on the Fourth Floor

Each of the two bedrooms has a king-size bed (160 × 200 cm) and its own 65-inch smart TV, with high-quality linens and custom pillows produced locally. In the living room, the double sofa bed for the two extra guests has a comfort topper.

🚿 No Queue for the Shower

With two full bathrooms with walk-in shower, getting ready is never a queue. Individually controlled air conditioning in every room, fast Wi-Fi and a washer-dryer in the apartment keep longer stays comfortable.

🏖️ Beach Kit Included

A parasol, fast-drying microfibre beach towels and a cool bag with freeze elements are ready for you. On stays of three nights or more, a jute beach bag is yours to keep. A comfortable drive takes you to Pittulongu, Bados or Mare e Rocce, and just as easily to the Costa Smeralda.

📲 Arrive Any Time

Self check-in runs 24/7 with Vikey: a link in your browser, nothing to download. Register with your ID, as Italian law requires, confirm with a quick selfie and open the door from your phone. After your first entry you also receive the key-box code, so you can use keys or the link, whichever you prefer. Book direct and you check in from 15:00 and check out by 11:00, an hour earlier and an hour later than through the booking platforms (16:00 and 10:00). Arriving early? You can always drop off your luggage at the property from 12:00; just give us 30 minutes' notice. Clubhouse #8 is on the fourth floor, with lift access.

🚗 Shade for Your Car

Your car stays out of the sun in the Clubhouse's dedicated covered parking on the premises, guarded by cameras and included at no extra charge. Free street parking nearby is there for a second car.

📍 Peaceful Via Bernini

Via Bernini is in a peaceful part of Olbia, near Pittulongu beach. Little travellers are welcome too: with notice before arrival we have children's tableware, toys and books ready, along with a stroller, high chair, baby monitor, baby bath and changing table, at no extra cost.

🤝 Hosted by the Owners

AZULIS is hosted directly by the owners, Floriana and Kristina, with our own team here in Olbia. Message us whenever you need something; we usually reply within minutes. On stays of six nights or more, a mid-stay clean with fresh linen and towels is included, then every four nights after that.
