Rental12 isn’t a marketplace — we own and operate every property you see on our site. Our team designs each apartment or villa, handles cleaning, laundry and maintenance in‑house, and delivers consistent, high‑quality experiences. This owner‑operator model means there are no middlemen or third‑party management risks.

We hold the legal deeds for every property, demonstrating that each listing is genuinely ours. These documents can be shown to guests or authorities on request.
