Garibaldi 52 Suite is a ground-floor, one-bedroom suite in a restored 150-year-old building on Via Garibaldi, one minute from Corso Umberto. Its 55 m² feel bigger than you expect: a king-size bed in a bedroom facing a quiet back courtyard, not the street, a sofa bed for two more and a huge walk-through closet. Original stone character meets a clean, modern finish. Made for couples, families and business trips, for up to four guests.

🌙 A Bedroom Away from the Street

Rare for the old town, the bedroom looks onto the back courtyard, with blackout curtains and sound-insulated windows for proper sleep. Alongside the king-size bed (160 × 200 cm) you have clothing storage, a safe and a mosquito net.

📺 Living Room

Two big smart TVs, one here and one in the bedroom, are ready for Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV and Amazon Prime. A JBL music station and fast Wi-Fi complete the living room, where a quality sofa bed with mattress topper sleeps two more.

🍳 CREO Kitchen

The custom CREO kitchen has an oven, induction hob, dishwasher and Nespresso machine, with premium cookware and glassware. Coffee, tea, olive oil and spices are already there when you arrive, and the dining table works for shared meals or a simple work setup.

🚿 Rain Shower & Comfort

A walk-in rainfall shower, a hygienic bidet shower by the toilet, quality toiletries and two large and two small towels per guest. Split-system air conditioning, heating, a portable turbo fan and a washer-dryer in the suite make every season easy.

🏖️ Beach Kit Included

A parasol, fast-drying microfibre beach towels and a cool bag with freeze elements are ready for you. On stays of three nights or more, a jute beach bag is yours to keep. The closest beaches, including Pittulongu and Bados, are a short drive away.

📲 Arrive Any Time

Self check-in runs 24/7 with Vikey: a link in your browser, nothing to download. Register with your ID, as Italian law requires, confirm with a quick selfie and open the door from your phone. After your first entry you also receive the key-box code, so you can use keys or the link, whichever you prefer. Book direct and you check in from 15:00 and check out by 11:00, an hour earlier and an hour later than through the booking platforms (16:00 and 10:00). Arriving early? You can always drop off your luggage at the property from 12:00; just give us 30 minutes' notice. Everything is on the ground floor, behind your own front door in an entrance hall with only two doors: two steps at the entrance, then no stairs at all.

🚗 Parking & ZTL

The suite sits on the edge of the ZTL, Olbia's camera-controlled limited traffic zone (active 20:00 to 06:00), so you can pull up at the door to unload your luggage. Visitors get no permits, so the car then goes outside the zone: free street parking is nearby, and the free car park by the marina and the Ferris wheel is five minutes on foot. For peace of mind, our private gated car park at Via Sassari 20 can be reserved (paid): message us before arrival.

🌊 Old Town and Waterfront

Corso Umberto is about a minute on foot and the waterfront boulevard about three, with the airport some 10 minutes by car. Children are welcome, and on request we provide a crib, high chair, baby bath, changing table, children's dinnerware and toys for the very young.

🤝 Hosted by the Owners

This home is hosted directly by the owners, Floriana and Kristina, with our own team here in Olbia. Message us whenever you need something; we usually reply within minutes. On stays of six nights or more, a mid-stay clean with fresh linen and towels is included, then every four nights after that.
