AZULIS Apartment 2 is a one-bedroom garden suite on the ground floor of a quiet residential building, built in 2025, just behind Viale Aldo Moro in Olbia. In 45 m² you get a king-size bed, a sofa bed for two more and your own fenced garden with a six-seat dining table. Made for couples, with room for up to four.

🌿 A Garden of Your Own

Step outside into your own fenced garden for morning coffee and long dinners at the six-seat table, and rinse off after the beach under the outdoor shower. Like the rest of the suite, it is shared with no one.

🍳 The CREO Kitchen

The custom-made CREO kitchen has an oven, hob, dishwasher and an espresso machine, with cookware, olive oil, salt and first-night essentials waiting for you. When dinner is ready, carry it out to the garden table.

🛌 Bedroom & Living Room

Your king-size bed (160 × 200 cm) has a top-tier mattress, custom pillows and premium linens, with blackout curtains and a 55-inch smart TV in the bedroom. The living room adds a 65-inch smart TV, fast Wi-Fi and a quality sofa bed with comfort topper for two more guests.

🚿 Bathroom & Climate

Walk-in shower, bidet, quality toiletries and fresh towels. Individually adjustable air conditioning, heating, a washer-dryer in the suite, an iron and a drying rack take care of the practical side of a longer stay.

🏖️ Beach Kit Included

A parasol, fast-drying microfibre beach towels and a cool bag with freeze elements are ready for you. On stays of three nights or more, a jute beach bag is yours to keep. Pittulongu beach is 10 minutes away by car.

📲 Arrive Any Time

Self check-in runs 24/7 with Vikey: a link in your browser, nothing to download. Register with your ID, as Italian law requires, confirm with a quick selfie and open the door from your phone. After your first entry you also receive the key-box code, so you can use keys or the link, whichever you prefer. Book direct and you check in from 15:00 and check out by 11:00, an hour earlier and an hour later than through the booking platforms (16:00 and 10:00). Arriving early? You can always drop off your luggage at the property from 12:00; just give us 30 minutes' notice. The suite is on the ground floor and opens onto its own garden.

🚗 Parking Inside the Residence

Drive in, park, done: one gated space inside the residence is included at no cost, and video surveillance covers the parking area and the building entrance. Free street parking is also available nearby.

🤝 Hosted by the Owners

AZULIS is hosted directly by the owners, Floriana and Kristina, with our own team here in Olbia. Message us whenever you need something; we usually reply within minutes. On stays of six nights or more, a mid-stay clean with fresh linen and towels is included, then every four nights after that.
