How close are the apartments to Molo Brin (Mega Yachts)?
Our Tigellio and Delleterme clusters are strategically located in the Historic Centre, just a 8-10 minute walk from the new Molo Brin quay (150m+ berths). Crews can walk to work easily.
Can we invoice the boat/management company?
Yes. Lion Development Srl provides fully compliant commercial electronic invoices (VAT included) tailored for yacht management companies and pursers.
Do you offer winter rates for refit periods?
Yes. We offer special "Crew Winter Rates" for long stays (November to April) during shipyard/refit periods. All homes have powerful heating and full kitchens.
Is the Wi-Fi strong enough for captains/engineers?
Absolutely. We install dedicated Fiber lines in our properties (not shared), suitable for heavy data usage, video calls, and remote vessel monitoring.
Do you provide laundry for uniforms?
Our apartments include private washers (and often dryers). For larger uniform batches, we can coordinate with local industrial laundry partners near the port.
