AZULIS Terme Suite 2 is a one-bedroom duplex with a private garden in a restored 19th-century building on Via delle Terme, in the heart of Olbia's historic centre. 60 m² on two levels: living, kitchen and garden downstairs, the bedroom with its king-size bed upstairs. Made for couples and small families, with room for up to four.

🌿 Your Private Garden

A fully fenced courtyard all to yourself, with sun loungers, a dining table for four and an outdoor shower for after the beach. Ideal for breakfast or an aperitivo surrounded by greenery.

🛋️ Downstairs: Living & Kitchen

The bright open-plan living area has designer furniture, a comfortable sofa, a smart TV, a JBL speaker, fibre Wi-Fi and a workspace. The custom CREO kitchen has an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and an espresso machine, with coffee, tea, olive oil and spices provided. The sofa bed with topper sleeps two more.

🛌 Upstairs: Your Bedroom Suite

Upstairs is your quiet retreat: a king-size bed (160 × 200 cm) with quality linens, its own smart TV, a wardrobe and blackout shades, plus a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and bidet.

🧺 Comfort for Longer Stays

Air conditioning and heating, a washer-dryer in the apartment (free to use), a drying rack, hair dryer and hotel-grade towels.

🏖️ Beach Kit Included

A parasol, fast-drying microfibre beach towels and a cool bag with freeze elements are ready for you. On stays of three nights or more, a jute beach bag is yours to keep. The beaches around Olbia, from Pittulongu to Porto Istana, are just minutes away.

📲 Arrive Any Time

Self check-in runs 24/7 with Vikey: a link in your browser, nothing to download. Register with your ID, as Italian law requires, confirm with a quick selfie and open the door from your phone. After your first entry you also receive the key-box code, so you can use keys or the link, whichever you prefer. Book direct and you check in from 15:00 and check out by 11:00, an hour earlier and an hour later than through the booking platforms (16:00 and 10:00). Arriving early? You can always drop off your luggage at the property from 12:00; just give us 30 minutes' notice. The bedroom is on the upper floor.

🚗 Parking & ZTL

AZULIS Terme is outside the ZTL, Olbia's camera-controlled limited traffic zone. The zone begins close by, though: the camera gate at Via delle Terme and Via Acquedotto Romano is active 24/7, and the city issues no permits to visitors, so follow our arrival instructions rather than your navigation app. Free street parking is usually available in the area. Wine bars, boutiques, gelato shops and hidden trattorias are an easy walk away. Children are welcome: a crib, high chair, baby bath and baby monitor are available on request.

🤝 Hosted by the Owners

AZULIS is hosted directly by the owners, Floriana and Kristina, with our own team here in Olbia. Message us whenever you need something; we usually reply within minutes. On stays of six nights or more, a mid-stay clean with fresh linen and towels is included, then every four nights after that.
