1Inspection & inventoryAfter every checkout, the apartment and every baby item — cots, high chairs, rattles, toys, play mats, bath seats — is inspected and inventoried. Damaged or worn items are retired and replaced before the next family arrives.

2General deep cleanKitchen surfaces, fridge, oven, microwave, bathrooms, taps, shower, floors and high-touch points are deep-cleaned with eco-certified products. Bed linens, towels and soft furnishings are laundered at 60°C on Miele commercial laundry.

3Baby equipment bio-spray cycleEvery baby and toddler item is treated with a certified non-toxic, alcohol-free, hypoallergenic bio-spray sanitiser. The formula is fragrance-free and approved for direct skin contact with newborns and infants.

4Soft toy & mouthable cycleSoft toys are laundered at 60°C. Teething rings and items infants commonly mouth are either single-use or UV-sterilised between stays. Hard plastic toys are wiped down and air-dried.
