AZULIS Apartment 7 is an 80 m², two-bedroom apartment two floors up, reached by lift, in a modern, nine-apartment building from 2025 in Olbia's Aldo Moro district. You get two private terraces, one off the kitchen and one off the bedroom. Six sleep in a king-size bed, a pair of singles and a sofa bed. Made for families, friends and couples who want space.

🌙 Two Private Terraces

Meals move outside to the terrace off the kitchen, where a six-seat dining table waits. The second terrace opens off the bedroom: a spot of its own for morning espresso, laptop work or a sunset aperitivo.

🍳 CREO Kitchen & Open-Plan Living

The custom-made CREO kitchen has a full oven, dishwasher, espresso machine and quality cookware, with coffee, tea, olive oil, salt and spices in the pantry. The bright open-plan living area has a 65-inch smart TV and fast Wi-Fi, and its quality sofa bed with topper sleeps two.

🛌 Two Bedrooms

In the master bedroom you sleep on a king-size bed (160 × 200 cm); the second bedroom has two single beds that become a double on request. Each has a 55-inch smart TV and blackout curtains, with premium mattresses, custom pillows and crisp linens.

❄️ Your Temperature, Room by Room

Individual air conditioning and heating in every room, so everyone sets their own temperature, plus a powerful turbo fan for extra cooling on the hottest days. The bathroom has a walk-in rainfall shower, premium towels and quality toiletries, and the washer-dryer is in the apartment.

🏖️ Beach Kit Included

A parasol, fast-drying microfibre beach towels and a cool bag with freeze elements are ready for you. On stays of three nights or more, a jute beach bag is yours to keep. Beaches such as Pittulongu and Bados are a 10-minute drive.

📲 Arrive Any Time

Self check-in runs 24/7 with Vikey: a link in your browser, nothing to download. Register with your ID, as Italian law requires, confirm with a quick selfie and open the door from your phone. After your first entry you also receive the key-box code, so you can use keys or the link, whichever you prefer. Book direct and you check in from 15:00 and check out by 11:00, an hour earlier and an hour later than through the booking platforms (16:00 and 10:00). Arriving early? You can always drop off your luggage at the property from 12:00; just give us 30 minutes' notice. The apartment is two floors up, reached by lift.

Your stay includes one gated parking space on site, free of charge, in a video-monitored parking area. Prefer the street? Parking on the surrounding streets is free as well.

You are just behind Viale Aldo Moro, a local hub of restaurants, cafés, bakeries, gelaterias and artisan shops, with supermarkets and the Saturday open-air market close by. Little guests are welcome too: children's tableware, a high chair, crib, baby monitor, changing table and baby bath on request.

🤝 Hosted by the Owners

AZULIS is hosted directly by the owners, Floriana and Kristina, with our own team here in Olbia. Message us whenever you need something; we usually reply within minutes. On stays of six nights or more, a mid-stay clean with fresh linen and towels is included, then every four nights after that.
