Verified Green Energy at Via Capo Verde 15
In June 2022, our parent company Lion Development S.r.l. acquired an industrial property in the Olbia CIPNES zone. The 2,500 m² rooftop solar plant (~90 kWp installed) powers our headquarters, laundry operations, and electric fleet.

Certified Building Performance: 100% of the portfolio holds an A2 or A3 Energy Rating. AZULIS properties feature triple-layered glass for maximum thermal/acoustic insulation, with high-efficiency double glazing standard across the remaining portfolio.

Sustainability FAQ
Do all RENTAL12 homes use green energy?
Most day-to-day operations and our fleet are powered by electricity from our own solar farm. Where the grid is used, we prioritize certified green suppliers.
How is this different from a regular agency?
We are owner–operators. This means we decide to install triple glazing, A-rated pumps, and thermal insulation during renovation—decisions an agency cannot make for a third-party owner.
