The penthouse of Garibaldi Suites 4 spreads over two levels on the top floor of a monumental building at Via Garibaldi 4, one minute on foot from Corso Umberto. Its private rooftop terrace looks over Olbia's streets towards the harbour and Tavolara Island. 75 m², a king-size bedroom upstairs and a sofa bed for two more downstairs. Made for couples and small families who want design, views and a walkable location, for up to four guests.

🌅 Your Rooftop Terrace

The terrace belongs to this penthouse alone and opens directly from the living room. It is set up with outdoor dining for four, sun loungers and extra seating: coffee in the morning as the city wakes up, a glass of Vermentino in the evening breeze.

🛋️ Designed on Two Levels

The building's renovation took almost two years, and our in-house team designed the penthouse with premium materials. Downstairs, the bright living area has designer furniture, a smart TV, a Bluetooth sound system and a workspace with Ethernet and fast Wi-Fi. An internal staircase leads up to the bedroom.

🍳 Kitchen to Terrace

The custom CREO kitchen has oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, fridge and freezer, with cooking basics, a baking sheet, wine glasses and coffee. A blender, bread maker or rice cooker is available on request. The dining corner opens onto the terrace for meals outside.

🛌 The Bedroom Upstairs

Upstairs, the king-size bed (160 × 200 cm) has premium linens and custom pillows, with room-darkening shades, a mosquito net, clothing storage and a safe. Downstairs, a 2-person sofa bed with comfort topper sleeps two more. Two smart TVs, air conditioning in every room, heating, a walk-in shower, a bidet and a washer-dryer complete the penthouse.

🏖️ Beach Kit Included

A parasol, fast-drying microfibre beach towels and a cool bag with freeze elements are ready for you. On stays of three nights or more, a jute beach bag is yours to keep. The Pittulongu beaches, Bados, Mare e Rocce and Porto Istana are all an easy drive.

📲 Arrive Any Time

Self check-in runs 24/7 with Vikey: a link in your browser, nothing to download. Register with your ID, as Italian law requires, confirm with a quick selfie and open the door from your phone. After your first entry you also receive the key-box code, so you can use keys or the link, whichever you prefer. Book direct and you check in from 15:00 and check out by 11:00, an hour earlier and an hour later than through the booking platforms (16:00 and 10:00). Arriving early? You can always drop off your luggage at the property from 12:00; just give us 30 minutes' notice. The penthouse is on the top floor of a building without a lift: three flights of stairs to the door, then an internal staircase to the upper level.

🚗 Parking & ZTL

The building is inside the ZTL, a limited traffic zone enforced by cameras (active 20:00 to 06:00), and the city gives no permits to visitors, so park outside it. Our private gated car park at Via Sassari 20, 50 m away, can be reserved (paid): message us before arrival. Free public parking near the Ferris wheel is about 750 m away.

Corso Umberto is a minute away on foot and the port a short stroll. Families with small children can ask for a crib, high chair, baby bath, baby monitor and safety gates.

This home is hosted directly by the owners, Floriana and Kristina, with our own team here in Olbia. Message us whenever you need something; we usually reply within minutes. On stays of six nights or more, a mid-stay clean with fresh linen and towels is included, then every four nights after that.
