Airbnb Luxe — AZULIS Villas Dumas (2026)
In July 2026, Villa Athos and Villa Aramis were accepted into Airbnb Luxe, Airbnb’s highest tier, after an in-person walkthrough by an Airbnb home consultant. As of 18 July 2026, both villas are live in the collection — two of the ten Airbnb Luxe homes in all of Sardinia, per Airbnb’s own Luxe search results. Luxe homes are inspected against roughly 300 criteria covering design, comfort and service — acceptance cannot be bought or self-declared. Both villas are AZULIS new-builds in Golfo Aranci with private pools and sea views, built debt-free by our family company and operated by our own in-house team.

Airbnb Superhost: 4 Years
RENTAL12 has maintained Airbnb Superhost status for four consecutive years. This requires a <1% cancellation rate, 90%+ response rate, and a 4.8+ overall rating. It is the difference between a stay that feels uncertain and one that feels calm.
Plum Guide Official Selection 2025
Only the top 3% of homes globally pass the Plum Guide test. This award validates the design quality of our Azulis collection, proving that our interiors meet the highest international standards of luxury and comfort.
