When does the Clubhouse open?
The Grand Opening is scheduled for July 15th, 2026. We are currently accepting reservations for the inaugural season.
Is parking included?
Yes, the Clubhouse features a private gated parking area. Each apartment is assigned a specific spot.
Is the area quiet?
Yes, Via Bernini is a residential street. You get the peace of a neighborhood while being minutes away from the main commercial avenues.
Is cleaning included?
We offer a complimentary mid-stay light cleaning with fresh linen and towels for bookings longer than 5 nights. Daily cleaning is available as an optional extra service.
