AZULIS Terme Suite 1 is a one-bedroom, ground-floor suite with a private garden and furnished terrace, in a restored 19th-century building on Via delle Terme, in the heart of Olbia's historic centre. 45 m² on one level, a king-size bed, a sofa bed for two more guests and a garden all to yourself. Made for couples and small families, with room for up to four.

🌿 Your Private Garden

The garden is fully fenced and yours alone: sun loungers, a hammock, an outdoor dining table and an outdoor shower for after the beach. Breakfast in the garden, aperitivo in the evening.

🛋️ Designer Living, Real Kitchen

The living area has a 75-inch smart TV, a JBL Bluetooth sound system, fibre Wi-Fi and a workspace. The custom CREO designer kitchen has an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and an espresso machine, with olive oil, salt and coffee ready to get you started.

🛌 Sleep Well

The bedroom has a king-size bed (160 × 200 cm) with quality linens and custom pillows, blackout curtains and a safe. In the living area, a quality sofa bed with topper sleeps two more; both rooms have their own large smart TV. Sound-insulated windows keep the nights quiet in the middle of the old town.

🚿 Bathroom & Comfort

Walk-in rain shower, bidet, hair dryer, fresh towels and quality toiletries. Individually adjustable air conditioning in every room, plus heating, a washer-dryer in the suite (free to use), an iron and a drying rack.

🏖️ Beach Kit Included

A parasol, fast-drying microfibre beach towels and a cool bag with freeze elements are ready for you. On stays of three nights or more, a jute beach bag is yours to keep. The beaches around Olbia, from Pittulongu to Porto Istana, are just minutes away.

📲 Arrive Any Time

Self check-in runs 24/7 with Vikey: a link in your browser, nothing to download. Register with your ID, as Italian law requires, confirm with a quick selfie and open the door from your phone. After your first entry you also receive the key-box code, so you can use keys or the link, whichever you prefer. Book direct and you check in from 15:00 and check out by 11:00, an hour earlier and an hour later than through the booking platforms (16:00 and 10:00). Arriving early? You can always drop off your luggage at the property from 12:00; just give us 30 minutes' notice. The suite is on the ground floor, all on one level.

🚗 Parking & ZTL

AZULIS Terme is outside the ZTL, Olbia's camera-controlled limited traffic zone. The zone begins close by, though: the camera gate at Via delle Terme and Via Acquedotto Romano is active 24/7, and the city issues no permits to visitors, so follow our arrival instructions rather than your navigation app. Free street parking is usually available in the area. Trattorias, wine bars and small boutiques are an easy walk away. Children are welcome: a crib, high chair, changing table, baby bath, safety gates and baby monitor are available on request.

🤝 Hosted by the Owners

AZULIS is hosted directly by the owners, Floriana and Kristina, with our own team here in Olbia. Message us whenever you need something; we usually reply within minutes. On stays of six nights or more, a mid-stay clean with fresh linen and towels is included, then every four nights after that.
