Are the AZULIS Apartments a new build?
Yes. The project at Via Pisano 16 was a complete demolition and reconstruction, completed in May 2025. It features a new reinforced concrete structure and thermal coating.
Is AZULIS Tigellio located in the historic center?
Yes. Tigellio Suites are located in the heart of Olbia's old town. We preserved the historic exterior volume while completely rebuilding the internal structure to modern seismic standards.
What makes the AZULIS Villas Dumas unique?
The villas in Golfo Aranci are a rare example of a "completion" project where we transformed a structural skeleton into luxury residences with private pools, hydraulic lifts, and advanced home automation, completed in June 2025.
What is unique about the AZULIS Delle Terme project?
It is a rare example of urban regeneration in Olbia's historic center, transforming a building from 1900 into modern luxury suites while adding private gardens and a hydraulic lift.
The Vertical Integration Model
Unlike standard hospitality agencies that market third-party inventory, RENTAL12 operates on a vertical ownership model. This registry serves as the public record of our development activities, linking the capital investment (Lion Development S.r.l.) to the guest experience (RENTAL12).
- Acquisition: Assets are purchased directly by Lion Development S.r.l.
- Development: Renovation or construction is managed in-house to ensure hotel-grade standards.
- Operation: Completed assets are onboarded exclusively to the RENTAL12 system.
