Cavour Suites 31 is a 90 m², two-level, one-bedroom duplex at Via Cavour 31-A, inside a protected Sardinian heritage building in Olbia's historic centre, about a minute on foot from Corso Umberto. Renovated over almost two years, it has a king-size bed upstairs with an en-suite bathroom, a huge walk-in closet, a sofa bed for two more guests and a second WC downstairs. A space in a nearby gated car park is included free of charge. Made for couples, small families and business trips, with room for up to four.

🛌 The King Bedroom

The bedroom sits at the top of the duplex with its own en-suite bathroom. The king-size bed (160 × 200 cm) comes with premium linens, ergonomic pillows and underbed storage, and there is a 55-inch smart TV, room-darkening shades and a French balcony with full-height doors onto the cobbled alley.

👗 Walk-in Closet & Desk

The separate walk-in closet has a dressing table that doubles as a desk: a real work corner rather than a laptop on the kitchen table. Fibre-optic Wi-Fi runs at 100 to 300 Mbps.

🛋️ High Ceilings, Big Screen

The bright open-plan living area has high ceilings, sound insulation, a 75-inch smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, Apple TV and Chromecast, a JBL Bluetooth sound system and board games. The high-quality sofa opens into a bed with a mattress topper for two more guests.

🍳 Kitchen & Dining

The fully equipped CREO kitchen has an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. Coffee, tea, olive oil, salt, pepper, herbs and sugar are provided, and a blender, bread maker and rice cooker are available on request. The dining table seats four.

🚿 Bathrooms & Comfort

The full bathroom has a spacious walk-in rain shower and a bidet shower, with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, body lotion, a hair dryer and fresh towels; a second WC is downstairs. Air conditioning you can adjust in every room, heating and a washer-dryer in the apartment complete it.

🏖️ Beach Kit Included

A parasol, fast-drying microfibre beach towels and a cool bag with freeze elements are ready for you. On stays of three nights or more, a jute beach bag is yours to keep. Pittulongu beach is about 10 minutes by car, and Bados, Mare e Rocce and Porto Istana are an easy short drive too.

📲 Arrive Any Time

Self check-in runs 24/7 with Vikey: a link in your browser, nothing to download. Register with your ID, as Italian law requires, confirm with a quick selfie and open the door from your phone. After your first entry you also receive the key-box code, so you can use keys or the link, whichever you prefer. Book direct and you check in from 15:00 and check out by 11:00, an hour earlier and an hour later than through the booking platforms (16:00 and 10:00). Arriving early? You can always drop off your luggage at the property from 12:00; just give us 30 minutes' notice. The home is on two levels: the bedroom, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom are upstairs.

🚗 Free Parking & ZTL

Via Cavour is inside the ZTL, Olbia's camera-controlled limited traffic zone, and the city issues no permits to visitors, so park outside it. Your parking is included free of charge: a space in a gated car park about 200 m from the apartment, two to three minutes on foot. Message us before arrival and we reserve it for you.

Cafés, restaurants and boutiques surround Corso Umberto, a minute away, and the waterfront and marina are about 500 m. Children are welcome: a travel crib, high chair, baby bath, changing table, baby monitor, outlet covers and children's dinnerware are free on request.

This home is hosted directly by the owners, Floriana and Kristina, with our own team here in Olbia. Message us whenever you need something; we usually reply within minutes. On stays of six nights or more, a mid-stay clean with fresh linen and towels is included, then every four nights after that.
