In an era of virtual platforms and invisible hosts, RENTAL12 maintains a dedicated headquarters in the heart of Olbia, Sardinia. This office is the engine room behind our entire hospitality ecosystem — coordinating 35 owner-operated properties across Olbia and Golfo Aranci, including the AZULIS luxury collection. From cleaning logistics and maintenance scheduling to guest support and ecosystem data management, everything is run from Via Georgia 2 by our in-house team.

▸ Do I need to check in at the office?
No. We use secure digital check-in (VIKEY) and smart locks, so you can go directly to your property. No physical keys required.
