The physical office is open during business hours. For checked-in guests, our digital support and emergency numbers are active 24/7. We use VIKEY smart check-in for contactless arrival at any hour.
▸ Do I need to check in at the office?
No. We use secure digital check-in (VIKEY) and smart locks, so you can go directly to your property. No physical keys required.
▸ Is RENTAL12 a real company?
