This office is the engine room behind our entire hospitality ecosystem — coordinating 35 owner-operated properties across Olbia and Golfo Aranci, including the AZULIS luxury collection. From cleaning logistics and maintenance scheduling to guest support and ecosystem data management, everything is run from Via Georgia 2 by our in-house team.
Hospitality requires logistics. Our office is not just a workspace — it is an operational hub where we coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and guest services for every RENTAL12 property. It reflects our brand philosophy: organized, transparent, and grounded in reality. Guests, partners, and corporate clients are welcome to visit during business hours.
Floriana (Founder), Kristina (COO), and Anastasia (Design) ensure the AZULIS Collection standards are met daily across all 35 properties.
Our local team manages guest guides, support tickets, review responses, and ecosystem data directly from the Olbia office. Every interaction is handled in-house — no outsourced call centres.
