We routinely host wedding parties of 12–22 guests inside a single building. The two most popular clusters are AZULIS Pisano (5 design-led suites stacked in one building) and Garibaldi 4 in the Old Town. Both work well as "dorm + suite" combinations: the bridal party in the penthouse, family below.

Absolutely. Properties such as Cavour 41 and the De Filippi Penthouse are chosen specifically for large living spaces, multiple bathrooms and excellent natural light for hair, make-up and pre-ceremony photography.
Many of our penthouses (Cavour 41, De Filippi, AZULIS Tigellio) feature large living rooms, full-length mirrors and floor-to-ceiling windows. We coordinate late check-out with you so the bride and bridesmaids can stay in the apartment until the ceremony.

Most properties accept 2-night stays year-round; in July and August some require 3 nights minimum. For wedding parties, we waive the standard minimum where possible. Message us with your dates before booking online.

For weddings in Costa Smeralda, San Pantaleo or inland agriturismi, one rental car per apartment is recommended; for Old Town Olbia ceremonies, walking + a single shuttle/NCC for guests is enough.

Many RENTAL12 properties include private or covered parking; the Old Town buildings are inside the Olbia ZTL but we provide access permits and recommend nearby paid garages for guest cars.
Properties marked "parking included" include either private garages or reserved street spaces. For Old Town properties inside the ZTL we provide a transit permit; rental cars can be parked in the secure paid garages a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
