AZULIS Tigellio Suite 1 is a fully renovated one-bedroom suite on the ground floor, on a quiet dead-end street in Olbia's historic centre, steps from Corso Umberto. 40 m², with a king-size bed, a real walk-in closet and a sofa bed for two more guests. Sound-insulated windows keep it calm. Made for couples and friends, with room for up to four.

🛌 Bedroom & Walk-in Closet

The bedroom has a king-size bed (160 × 200 cm) with a hotel-level mattress, premium linens and custom ergonomic pillows, plus blackout curtains, a mosquito net and individually adjustable air conditioning and heating. A real walk-in closet with hanging space and shelving lets you unpack properly.

🍳 A Kitchen of Its Own

The separate CREO designer kitchen has oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and an espresso machine, plus kettle and toaster. Premium cookware, olive oil, salt, herbs and herbal teas are ready on arrival, with a blender, bread maker and rice maker on request. A dining table suits easy breakfasts.

🛋️ Living Room & Fast Internet

Stretch out on the large sofa, with a 65-inch smart TV and a JBL music station for films or music. Fibre at 480 Mbps plus an Ethernet connection keeps video calls and remote work smooth. At night, the high-quality sofa bed with comfort topper sleeps two more.

🚿 Bathroom & Laundry

A walk-in rain shower, modern vanity, bidet, hair dryer and quality toiletries, with two large and two small towels per guest. A washer-dryer in the suite, an iron, ironing board and drying rack make longer stays easy.

🏖️ Beach Kit Included

A parasol, fast-drying microfibre beach towels and a cool bag with freeze elements are ready for you. On stays of three nights or more, a jute beach bag is yours to keep. Drive 10 minutes and you are at Pittulongu or Bados beach.

📲 Arrive Any Time

Self check-in runs 24/7 with Vikey: a link in your browser, nothing to download. Register with your ID, as Italian law requires, confirm with a quick selfie and open the door from your phone. After your first entry you also receive the key-box code, so you can use keys or the link, whichever you prefer. Book direct and you check in from 15:00 and check out by 11:00, an hour earlier and an hour later than through the booking platforms (16:00 and 10:00). Arriving early? You can always drop off your luggage at the property from 12:00; just give us 30 minutes' notice. The suite is on the ground floor.

🚗 Parking & ZTL

Via Tigellio lies inside the ZTL, Olbia's camera-controlled limited traffic zone, and the city issues no permits to visitors, so leave the car outside it. Free street parking is 400 m away. For peace of mind, our private gated car park at Via Sassari 20 can be reserved (paid): message us before arrival.

You are steps from Corso Umberto, Olbia's main street for dining, shopping and evenings out, and cafés, trattorie, boutiques and the seafront promenade are a short walk away. Children are welcome: a crib, travel cot, high chair, baby bath, changing table and baby monitor, plus books and toys, are free on request.

AZULIS is hosted directly by the owners, Floriana and Kristina, with our own team here in Olbia. Message us whenever you need something; we usually reply within minutes. On stays of six nights or more, a mid-stay clean with fresh linen and towels is included, then every four nights after that.
