I’m Alejandro, originally from Pereira, Colombia. My hands-on path started early — carpentry, mechanics, aluminum work, and even motorbike sales. Those trades taught me precision, discipline, and pride in results. Today, I lead the facility, cleaning, and maintenance function for RENTAL12 and AZULIS in and around Olbia.

I work daily with Kristina (Operations) to plan preventive tasks and rapid interventions, and with Floriana (Client Relations) to protect the guest experience. Together we keep every property photograph-ready and problem-free — from city apartments to seaside villas.
This framework supports both RENTAL12 apartments and the AZULIS collection (villas & suites), keeping standards consistent from check-in to check-out across Olbia, Golfo Aranci, and the Costa Smeralda.
