- Find the keypad on the left of the gate.
- Enter your code:
XXXX E(valid only during your booking period with Rental12). - Your reserved parking spot will be number XX. Please park only in your assigned space.
🚪 Exit Instructions
- Left switch: Opens the vehicle gate.
- Right switch: Opens the pedestrian gate.
⚠️ ZTL (Restricted Traffic Zones) – What Rental12 Guests Should Know
Olbia’s historic center features ZTL zones, but our parking at Via Sassari 20 is outside the ZTL zone, ensuring you won’t encounter any restricted access issues when coming and going from your Rental12 accommodation.

🛣️ Directions to the Parking
- Via Mameli or San Simplicio: Cross Corso Umberto, turn right onto Via Sassari.
- Via Garibaldi (02:00–20:00): Direct access to the gate.
⚠️ Note: Via Garibaldi becomes ZTL from 20:00 to 02:00.
🚗 Exiting the Parking
- Standard route: Turn right onto Via La Marmora (no ZTL).
- Alternative (02:00–20:00): Exit via Via Acquedotto (ZTL from 20:00–02:00).
