I work closely with Floriana at nr12. Together we form a harmonious partnership with one goal: happy clients and seamless guest stays. Floriana leads sales, long-term rentals, contracts, and client management; I manage day-to-day operations, align solutions, and keep standards high across every property in and around Olbia, Sardinia.
At RENTAL12 my focus is end-to-end property management alongside Alejandro and Marco: documenting damages, coordinating technical interventions, monitoring progress, planning ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, organizing cleaning, and handling staff schedules. Every action is logged and summarized into clear cost analyses per apartment so we understand which homes are most profitable and which need extra attention.
Our synergy anticipates needs, resolves issues fast, and protects owner value while improving guest satisfaction. We combine operational discipline with creative communication so each listing photographs beautifully, reads clearly, and performs well across OTAs and direct channels in Olbia, Golfo Aranci, Porto Rotondo, and the Costa Smeralda.
This framework supports both AZULIS villas and RENTAL12 apartments, keeping standards consistent from check-in to check-out across Olbia’s historic centre and coastal districts.
My hobbies complement the role: graphic design (banners, logos, brochures, in-apartment signage), no-code web (site building and updates for RENTAL12 & Lion), and photography (details, textures, lifestyle shots for listings and socials). I also enjoy jewelry design using natural stones and wire wrapping — a craft that feeds my eye for materials, proportion, and light.
