Floriana leads sales, long-term rentals, contracts, and client management; I manage day-to-day operations, align solutions, and keep standards high across every property in and around Olbia, Sardinia.

At RENTAL12 my focus is end-to-end property management alongside Alejandro and Marco: documenting damages, coordinating technical interventions, monitoring progress, planning ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, organizing cleaning, and handling staff schedules. Every action is logged and summarized into clear cost analyses per apartment so we understand which homes are most profitable and which need extra attention.
