Fixed Fees & EU ETS Carbon Costs
Port taxes, fixed administrative fees, and the EU ETS carbon cost component (introduced January 2024 under EU Directive 2023/959) are non-discountable and non-refundable on all tickets.
On-Board Services
Meals, restaurant purchases, Wi-Fi, wellness centre access, pet-in-cabin service, and insurance policies purchased on board are not subject to the discount.
Public Service Routes
Routes operated under Italian public service obligation are excluded: Naples–Cagliari, Cagliari–Palermo, Civitavecchia–Arbatax, and Civitavecchia–Cagliari (all directions).
