AZULIS Clubhouse #1 is a brand-new two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment on the first floor of the AZULIS Clubhouse, in the quiet Via Bernini area of Olbia near Viale Aldo Moro. 95 m², two king-size bedrooms, a double sofa bed and a private terrace, with room for up to six guests. Made for families, business trips and beach holidays.

🍷 Terrace Mornings, Movie Nights

Start the day with a coffee on the private terrace and end it with a glass of wine under the stars. In between, the open-plan living area has a 75-inch smart TV for film marathons, a JBL Bluetooth sound system and fast Wi-Fi.

🍳 A Custom CREO Kitchen

The fully equipped CREO designer kitchen is made to measure, with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and blender, plus cookware and spices. Cooking at home is easy.

🛌 Two King-Size Bedrooms

Both bedrooms have a king-size bed (160 × 200 cm) with premium linens and locally made custom pillows, and each has its own 65-inch smart TV. A double sofa bed with a thick topper sleeps two more.

🚿 Two Full Bathrooms

Both bathrooms come with a walk-in shower, and there is a bidet and a hair dryer. Individually controlled air conditioning, heating, a washer-dryer in the apartment, an iron and a safe make longer stays easy.

🏖️ Beach Kit Included

A parasol, fast-drying microfibre beach towels and a cool bag with freeze elements are ready for you. On stays of three nights or more, a jute beach bag is yours to keep. Pittulongu, Bados, Mare e Rocce and the Costa Smeralda are all waiting for your beach days.

📲 Arrive Any Time

Self check-in runs 24/7 with Vikey: a link in your browser, nothing to download. Register with your ID, as Italian law requires, confirm with a quick selfie and open the door from your phone. After your first entry you also receive the key-box code, so you can use keys or the link, whichever you prefer. Book direct and you check in from 15:00 and check out by 11:00, an hour earlier and an hour later than through the booking platforms (16:00 and 10:00). Arriving early? You can always drop off your luggage at the property from 12:00; just give us 30 minutes' notice. The apartment is on the first floor, and the building has a lift.

🚗 Parking on the Premises

Your stay includes dedicated covered parking on the premises, guarded by cameras, at no extra charge. Free street parking is also available nearby.

🏡 Quiet Street, Families Welcome

AZULIS Clubhouse sits in a quiet part of Olbia near Viale Aldo Moro. Children are welcome: a cot, high chair, baby bath, baby monitor, changing table and stroller are available free on request. Just tell us before arrival.

🤝 Hosted by the Owners

AZULIS is hosted directly by the owners, Floriana and Kristina, with our own team here in Olbia. Message us whenever you need something; we usually reply within minutes. On stays of six nights or more, a mid-stay clean with fresh linen and towels is included, then every four nights after that.
