A New House Inside Monumental Walls

Via Delle Terme 18 is a project of surgical precision. Located in the deepest layer of Olbia’s historic center, this "cielo a terra" building is being completely hollowed out. We are preserving the historic facade while constructing a brand new reinforced concrete skeleton inside—a modern heart within an ancient chest.

The project (started August 25, 2025) will deliver three unique 1-bedroom units by June 2026. Two of these suites feature rare private gardens with outdoor showers—an amenity virtually unknown in the city center. The interiors, furnished by Laskasas and styled by Cloto, will feature heated bathroom walls and advanced acoustic isolation.
