AZULIS Villa Aramis: Three En-Suite Bedrooms, Pool and Lift in Golfo Aranci ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

AZULIS Villa Aramis is the larger of our two villas in Golfo Aranci: a newly built three-bedroom villa of 260 m² on Via Bouganville, part of the Villas Dumas collection, 200 m from the beach. Three king-size en-suite bedrooms, a games room with its own entrance, a private lift to every floor, a jet-stream pool and a panoramic rooftop terrace. Made for two families or three couples travelling together, with room for up to eight.

🏊 Pool, Garden & Outdoor Kitchen

Glass doors open from the living area to the terrace and the private pool with jet stream (5.50 × 3.50 × 1.30 m). From 1 May 2027 the pool is heated. Outside you also have sun loungers, a hammock and a fenced garden. An outdoor kitchen with barbecue, an eight-seat dining table and an outdoor rain shower turn the terrace into an open-air living room.

🌅 Panoramic Rooftop Terrace

Ride the lift all the way up to the rooftop terrace, furnished with high-end outdoor pieces, for panoramic views over the sea and the Golfo Aranci coastline: the place for sunset aperitifs and dinners under the stars.

🛋️ Living & CREO Kitchen

The bright open-plan living area has a 75-inch smart TV, a dining table for eight and direct access to the terrace and pool. The custom CREO kitchen comes with an electric oven and stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, bread maker and rice maker. The designer furniture is by Laskasas, Cloto and Domkapa, and there is an original signed artwork.

🛌 Three King Suites

Every bedroom has a king-size bed (160 × 200 cm), hotel-grade linen, a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom. The master adds its own terrace, a sea view and a large projector screen. Air conditioning and heating keep every room comfortable.

🎮 Games Room & Laundry

With its own private entrance, the games room is a separate space for two: a king sofa bed (160 × 200 cm) with topper, a second 75-inch smart TV and an Xbox Series S. A separate laundry and ironing room holds the washer-dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

🏖️ Beach Kit Included

A parasol, fast-drying microfibre beach towels and a cool bag with freeze elements are ready for you. On stays of three nights or more, a jute beach bag is yours to keep. From the villa it is 200 m to the beach.

📲 Arrive Any Time

Self check-in runs 24/7 with Vikey: a link in your browser, nothing to download. Register with your ID, as Italian law requires, confirm with a quick selfie and open the door from your phone. After your first entry you also receive the key-box code, so you can use keys or the link, whichever you prefer. Book direct and you check in from 15:00 and check out by 11:00, an hour earlier and an hour later than through the booking platforms (16:00 and 10:00). Arriving early? You can always drop off your luggage at the property from 12:00; just give us 30 minutes' notice. A private lift connects every level, from the entrance and pool area up to the rooftop terrace.

🚗 Parking

Your car stays on site: private gated parking with video surveillance, included free of charge. Free street parking is available as well.

🌴 Golfo Aranci on Foot

Cafés, restaurants, shops, a supermarket and the marina are close by, and Olbia Airport and the Costa Smeralda are within easy reach. Children are welcome: a crib, travel cot, high chair, baby bath, changing table and outlet covers are available.

🤝 Hosted by the Owners

AZULIS is hosted directly by the owners, Floriana and Kristina, with our own team here in Olbia. Message us whenever you need something; we usually reply within minutes. On stays of six nights or more, a mid-stay clean with fresh linen and towels is included, then every four nights after that.
