AZULIS Clubhouse #5 is a three-bedroom family apartment on the third floor of a new building at Via Bernini 21, in Olbia's Aldo Moro district. 104 m², three king-size beds, a double sofa bed, two full bathrooms and a spacious private terrace with sea glimpses. Made for families and groups of up to eight exploring the Costa Smeralda.

🌅 Your Terrace, Morning to Night

Start the day with coffee and glimpses of the sea on the private terrace, then come back to it for dinner: there is space for outdoor dining.

🛋️ Living Room & CREO Kitchen

Family film nights and cartoon marathons happen around the 75-inch smart TV in the generous open-plan living area, with a JBL Bluetooth sound system and fast Wi-Fi. The custom CREO kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking, with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster and coffee machine.

🛌 A King-Size Bed in Every Room

Three bedrooms, three king-size beds (160 × 200 cm), three 65-inch smart TVs: everyone can watch something different. Premium linens and locally made custom pillows come with every bed. Older children, grandparents or friends get the living room's double sofa bed with a thick topper.

🚿 Two Bathrooms, No Waiting

Even with a full house, nobody waits long in the morning: there are two full bathrooms with large walk-in showers. Air conditioning in every room, a washer-dryer in the apartment, a hair dryer and an iron with ironing board make a longer family stay easy.

🏖️ Beach Kit Included

A parasol, fast-drying microfibre beach towels and a cool bag with freeze elements are ready for you. On stays of three nights or more, a jute beach bag is yours to keep. Pittulongu, Bados and Mare e Rocce are all within a comfortable drive, and so is the Costa Smeralda.

📲 Arrive Any Time

Self check-in runs 24/7 with Vikey: a link in your browser, nothing to download. Register with your ID, as Italian law requires, confirm with a quick selfie and open the door from your phone. After your first entry you also receive the key-box code, so you can use keys or the link, whichever you prefer. Book direct and you check in from 15:00 and check out by 11:00, an hour earlier and an hour later than through the booking platforms (16:00 and 10:00). Arriving early? You can always drop off your luggage at the property from 12:00; just give us 30 minutes' notice. You reach the third-floor apartment by lift.

🚗 Parking

Park once and unload children and luggage in one go, because the Clubhouse has dedicated covered parking on the premises, guarded by cameras, included at no extra charge. For a second car or visiting friends, free street parking is available nearby.

🏡 Aldo Moro, Ready for Families

Via Bernini lies in Olbia's Aldo Moro district, near Pittulongu. Coming with a baby or toddler? On request, a baby monitor, baby bath, changing table and stroller are waiting when you arrive, along with a high chair, children's tableware, toys and books, all free of charge.

🤝 Hosted by the Owners

AZULIS is hosted directly by the owners, Floriana and Kristina, with our own team here in Olbia. Message us whenever you need something; we usually reply within minutes. On stays of six nights or more, a mid-stay clean with fresh linen and towels is included, then every four nights after that.
