Garibaldi Suites 4, Apartment 1 is a ground-floor, one-bedroom suite in a restored heritage building at Via Garibaldi 4, one minute on foot from Corso Umberto. 60 m² laid out on a single level, with a private entrance, a king-size bed and a sofa bed for two more guests, fully renovated in 2024. Made for couples and small families who want to be central without climbing stairs at the end of the day, with room for up to four.

🍳 Kitchen & Dining

The custom CREO kitchen comes with an oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, fridge-freezer, toaster and kettle. Premium cookware, olive oil, salt and first-night essentials are ready for you, and a microwave or blender can be added on request when you book. There is a dining table for meals at home.

🛋️ Living & Working

Settle in with a smart TV and fast Wi-Fi, or take your laptop to the dedicated workspace for a morning of email. Powerful, adjustable air conditioning and heating keep the temperature where you want it, and a portable turbo fan helps on the hottest days.

🛌 A Restful Bedroom

The king-size bed (160 × 200 cm) is dressed with custom pillows and premium linens, with room-darkening shades, a mosquito net, spacious clothing storage, a safe and a smart TV of its own. A sofa bed with comfort topper in the living room means guests three and four sleep properly too.

🚿 Shower & Laundry

The bathroom has a walk-in rain shower and a hygienic shower, quality toiletries, shower gel, fresh towels and a hair dryer. The washer-dryer is inside the suite, along with an iron, ironing board and drying rack.

🏖️ Beach Kit Included

A parasol, fast-drying microfibre beach towels and a cool bag with freeze elements are ready for you. On stays of three nights or more, a jute beach bag is yours to keep. Pittulongu, Bados and Porto Istana are easily reached by car.

📲 Arrive Any Time

Self check-in runs 24/7 with Vikey: a link in your browser, nothing to download. Register with your ID, as Italian law requires, confirm with a quick selfie and open the door from your phone. After your first entry you also receive the key-box code, so you can use keys or the link, whichever you prefer. Book direct and you check in from 15:00 and check out by 11:00, an hour earlier and an hour later than through the booking platforms (16:00 and 10:00). Arriving early? You can always drop off your luggage at the property from 12:00; just give us 30 minutes' notice. The suite is on the ground floor, with no stairs inside and one low step at the building door.

🚗 Parking & ZTL

Via Garibaldi 4 is inside the ZTL, Olbia's camera-controlled limited traffic zone (active 20:00 to 06:00), and the city issues no permits to visitors, so plan to park outside it. Free street parking is available outside the zone. Our private gated car park at Via Sassari 20, about 50 m away and just outside the ZTL, can be reserved (paid): message us before arrival.

This home is hosted directly by the owners, Floriana and Kristina, with our own team here in Olbia. Message us whenever you need something; we usually reply within minutes. On stays of six nights or more, a mid-stay clean with fresh linen and towels is included, then every four nights after that.
