On the fourth floor at Via Bernini 21, AZULIS Clubhouse #7 opens onto a private terrace with sea glimpses. This bright three-bedroom family apartment has 104 m², three king-size beds, a double sofa bed and two full bathrooms, in Olbia's Aldo Moro district near Pittulongu beach. Made for family holidays and multi-generational trips, for up to eight guests.

🌊 Blue Horizons, Outdoor Dinners

Mornings begin with coffee and blue horizons on the spacious private terrace. After the beach, the outdoor dining area is where everyone comes together for dinner, before a family movie night inside.

🍳 Real Home Cooking

Inside, the open-plan living and dining area has a 75-inch smart TV for films, games or children's shows and a JBL Bluetooth sound system. The custom CREO designer kitchen is ready for proper home cooking, with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, blender and coffee machine.

🛌 Room for Three Generations

Grandparents, parents and children each get a king-size bed (160 × 200 cm) with premium bed linen and custom pillows made locally, and every bedroom has its own 65-inch smart TV. In the living room, a double sofa bed with a thick comfort topper becomes a proper extra sleeping zone for teenagers or visiting friends.

🚿 Smooth Mornings

Two full bathrooms, both with large walk-in showers, keep mornings free of bottlenecks when a whole family shares one home. Fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning in every room, a washer-dryer and an iron and ironing board cover the practical side.

🏖️ Beach Kit Included

A parasol, fast-drying microfibre beach towels and a cool bag with freeze elements are ready for you. On stays of three nights or more, a jute beach bag is yours to keep. From here, Pittulongu, Bados, Mare e Rocce and the Costa Smeralda are within comfortable driving distance.

📲 Arrive Any Time

Self check-in runs 24/7 with Vikey: a link in your browser, nothing to download. Register with your ID, as Italian law requires, confirm with a quick selfie and open the door from your phone. After your first entry you also receive the key-box code, so you can use keys or the link, whichever you prefer. Book direct and you check in from 15:00 and check out by 11:00, an hour earlier and an hour later than through the booking platforms (16:00 and 10:00). Arriving early? You can always drop off your luggage at the property from 12:00; just give us 30 minutes' notice. Bags and buggies go up by lift to the fourth floor.

🚗 Parking at the Clubhouse

Arriving by car is easy, with dedicated covered parking on the premises, guarded by cameras and included at no extra charge. Coming with a second car, or expecting friends? Free street parking is close by.

📍 Aldo Moro District

The Clubhouse stands in Olbia's Aldo Moro district. For little ones, a stroller, high chair and baby monitor are among the extras we prepare free of charge on request, together with a baby bath, changing table, children's tableware, toys and books; a quick message before your trip is all it takes.

🤝 Hosted by the Owners

AZULIS is hosted directly by the owners, Floriana and Kristina, with our own team here in Olbia. Message us whenever you need something; we usually reply within minutes. On stays of six nights or more, a mid-stay clean with fresh linen and towels is included, then every four nights after that.
