AZULIS Clubhouse #2 is a modern first-floor apartment on Via Bernini in Olbia, a quiet area near Viale Aldo Moro and Pittulongu beach. In 85 m² you get two bedrooms with king-size beds, two full bathrooms, a double sofa bed and a private terrace with outdoor dining, for up to six guests. Made for families and business travellers.

🛋️ Design-Led Living

Design furniture and high-quality finishes set the tone in the spacious open-plan living area. The 75-inch smart TV and JBL Bluetooth sound system are ready for film nights, and fast Wi-Fi covers streaming and work.

🍳 Cook In, Eat Out

The custom CREO kitchen is fully equipped, from oven and hob to dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Carry the plates out to the private terrace, where the outdoor dining area is set for breakfast or a late dinner.

🛌 Restful Nights

Each bedroom has a king-size bed (160 × 200 cm), premium linens, custom pillows produced locally and a 65-inch smart TV. Two more guests sleep on the double sofa bed, finished with a comfort topper.

🚿 Bathrooms & Comfort

Two full bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower, mean no queue in the morning. Air conditioning is individually controlled in every room, and there is heating, a washer-dryer in the apartment, an iron, a hair dryer and a safe.

🏖️ Beach Kit Included

A parasol, fast-drying microfibre beach towels and a cool bag with freeze elements are ready for you. On stays of three nights or more, a jute beach bag is yours to keep. Pittulongu beach is close by, with Bados, Mare e Rocce and the Costa Smeralda for other beach days.

📲 Arrive Any Time

Self check-in runs 24/7 with Vikey: a link in your browser, nothing to download. Register with your ID, as Italian law requires, confirm with a quick selfie and open the door from your phone. After your first entry you also receive the key-box code, so you can use keys or the link, whichever you prefer. Book direct and you check in from 15:00 and check out by 11:00, an hour earlier and an hour later than through the booking platforms (16:00 and 10:00). Arriving early? You can always drop off your luggage at the property from 12:00; just give us 30 minutes' notice. You will find the apartment on the first floor, with a lift in the building.

🚗 Covered Parking

Dedicated covered parking on the premises, guarded by cameras, comes with the apartment at no extra charge. There is free street parking nearby as well.

🌳 A Quiet Corner near Viale Aldo Moro

Via Bernini is a quiet street to come home to after the beach. Bringing children? Ask before arrival and we set up a high chair, changing table, baby bath, baby monitor, children's tableware, toys, books and a stroller, at no extra cost.

🤝 Hosted by the Owners

AZULIS is hosted directly by the owners, Floriana and Kristina, with our own team here in Olbia. Message us whenever you need something; we usually reply within minutes. On stays of six nights or more, a mid-stay clean with fresh linen and towels is included, then every four nights after that.
