AZULIS Clubhouse #4 is a modern second-floor apartment on Via Bernini, in a quiet residential area of Olbia. It is part of AZULIS Clubhouse, a new residential project by Lion Development. The 85 m² inside hold two king-size bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a double sofa bed for up to six guests, and outside is a private terrace with sea views for meals in the open air. Made for family holidays and workations.

🌊 Your Sea-View Terrace

Up on the second floor, the private terrace has sea views and is set with an outdoor dining area. Take it slow in the morning with coffee outside, and wind down in the evening with a glass of wine under the sky.

🛋️ Living and Cooking

Between beach trips and city walks, relax in the generous open-plan living area with its 75-inch smart TV, JBL Bluetooth sound system and fast Wi-Fi. The custom CREO designer kitchen has a complete set of modern appliances, ideal for self-catering stays. Furniture is design-led, finishes refined.

🛌 Hotel-Like Sleep

Each bedroom is set up for hotel-like rest: a king-size bed (160 × 200 cm), high-quality linens, locally crafted custom pillows and a 65-inch smart TV. For two more guests, the double sofa bed has a thick topper.

🚿 Bathrooms & Climate

Two full bathrooms, both with a walk-in shower, plus a bidet and hair dryer. Each room has its own air conditioning control; heating, a washer-dryer in the apartment, an iron and a safe are there too.

🏖️ Beach Kit Included

A parasol, fast-drying microfibre beach towels and a cool bag with freeze elements are ready for you. On stays of three nights or more, a jute beach bag is yours to keep. Pittulongu, Bados, Mare e Rocce and the Costa Smeralda are all a comfortable drive from the apartment.

📲 Arrive Any Time

Self check-in runs 24/7 with Vikey: a link in your browser, nothing to download. Register with your ID, as Italian law requires, confirm with a quick selfie and open the door from your phone. After your first entry you also receive the key-box code, so you can use keys or the link, whichever you prefer. Book direct and you check in from 15:00 and check out by 11:00, an hour earlier and an hour later than through the booking platforms (16:00 and 10:00). Arriving early? You can always drop off your luggage at the property from 12:00; just give us 30 minutes' notice. The apartment is on the second floor, reached by lift.

🚗 Stress-Free Parking

Leave the car in the dedicated covered parking on the premises, guarded by cameras and included with the apartment at no extra charge. More free parking is on the street nearby. Park once, drop your bags and start your holiday.

🏘️ Residential and Relaxed

Via Bernini is a quiet residential street, a short way from Viale Aldo Moro. For families, a high chair and stroller are ready on request at no extra cost, along with a changing table, baby monitor, baby bath, children's tableware, toys and books.

🤝 Hosted by the Owners

AZULIS is hosted directly by the owners, Floriana and Kristina, with our own team here in Olbia. Message us whenever you need something; we usually reply within minutes. On stays of six nights or more, a mid-stay clean with fresh linen and towels is included, then every four nights after that.
