AZULIS Clubhouse #3: Sea-View Terrace and Two Bathrooms in Olbia ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

AZULIS Clubhouse #3 is a light-filled two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment on Via Bernini, near Viale Aldo Moro in Olbia, with a glimpse of the sea from its private terrace. Inside are 95 m² with two king-size bedrooms and a double sofa bed, sleeping up to six. Made for beach breaks and family trips.

🌅 Sea Glimpses from the Terrace

Take your morning coffee out to the private terrace and catch a glimpse of the sea; come back at night for a glass of wine under the night sky. The outdoor dining area is set for meals in the open air.

🛋️ Open-Plan Living

Stretch out in the open-plan living area in front of the 75-inch smart TV, put on music through the JBL Bluetooth sound system and stay connected on fast Wi-Fi. Cooking happens in the fully fitted custom CREO kitchen, with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and toaster.

🛌 Deep Sleep

Sleep in a king-size bed (160 × 200 cm) dressed in premium-quality linens, with custom pillows made locally; both bedrooms are set up this way, each with a 65-inch smart TV. The double sofa bed has a thick topper, good for a weekend or a longer stay.

🚿 Bathrooms & Everyday Comfort

Both full bathrooms have a walk-in shower. You also get independently controlled air conditioning, heating, a washer-dryer in the apartment, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and a safe.

🏖️ Beach Kit Included

A parasol, fast-drying microfibre beach towels and a cool bag with freeze elements are ready for you. On stays of three nights or more, a jute beach bag is yours to keep. Head straight out to Pittulongu, Bados, Mare e Rocce or the Costa Smeralda without extra packing.

📲 Arrive Any Time

Self check-in runs 24/7 with Vikey: a link in your browser, nothing to download. Register with your ID, as Italian law requires, confirm with a quick selfie and open the door from your phone. After your first entry you also receive the key-box code, so you can use keys or the link, whichever you prefer. Book direct and you check in from 15:00 and check out by 11:00, an hour earlier and an hour later than through the booking platforms (16:00 and 10:00). Arriving early? You can always drop off your luggage at the property from 12:00; just give us 30 minutes' notice. There is a lift in the building.

🚗 Parking Made Simple

No hunting for a space: the Clubhouse has dedicated covered parking on the premises, guarded by cameras and included in your stay at no extra charge. Extra free spaces are on the street nearby.

👶 Easy for Families

The Via Bernini area is quiet, and children are welcome. On request and free of charge we prepare a changing table, baby bath, baby monitor, children's tableware, toys, books, a stroller and a high chair; let us know before you arrive.

🤝 Hosted by the Owners

AZULIS is hosted directly by the owners, Floriana and Kristina, with our own team here in Olbia. Message us whenever you need something; we usually reply within minutes. On stays of six nights or more, a mid-stay clean with fresh linen and towels is included, then every four nights after that.

Good to know: no smoking, no pets, no parties; quiet hours 23:00 to 07:00. Exterior security cameras on the property.
