AZULIS Clubhouse #6 offers something unusual in Olbia: two full bathrooms with walk-in shower in a two-bedroom apartment. It is 85 m² on the third floor, on peaceful Via Bernini in Olbia's Aldo Moro district, near Pittulongu beach, with two king-size beds, a double sofa bed and a private terrace with sea views for meals outside. Made for family holidays, for up to six guests.

The private terrace with sea views is yours from morning coffee to a late glass of wine under the stars, and its outdoor dining area means lunch and dinner can move outside whenever you like.

🛋️ Refined Finishes, Big Screen

Design-led furniture and refined finishes set the tone in the open-plan living area, where a 75-inch smart TV and a JBL Bluetooth sound system take care of films, music and streaming. The custom CREO designer kitchen has a complete set of modern appliances, from dishwasher and oven to microwave and toaster.

🛌 Two Bedrooms, Two Kings

In both bedrooms you sleep on a king-size bed (160 × 200 cm) dressed in high-quality linens and locally crafted custom pillows; each room also has a 65-inch smart TV. A double sofa bed with a thick topper sleeps two more, for a weekend away or a longer holiday.

🌬️ Comfort in Every Room

Individually controlled air conditioning in every room lets everyone choose their own temperature. Add fast Wi-Fi, a washer-dryer in the apartment, a hair dryer and an iron, and self-catering stays run smoothly.

🏖️ Beach Kit Included

A parasol, fast-drying microfibre beach towels and a cool bag with freeze elements are ready for you. On stays of three nights or more, a jute beach bag is yours to keep. Alternate your beach days between Pittulongu, Bados and Mare e Rocce, with the famous Costa Smeralda also a comfortable drive away.

📲 Arrive Any Time

Self check-in runs 24/7 with Vikey: a link in your browser, nothing to download. Register with your ID, as Italian law requires, confirm with a quick selfie and open the door from your phone. After your first entry you also receive the key-box code, so you can use keys or the link, whichever you prefer. Book direct and you check in from 15:00 and check out by 11:00, an hour earlier and an hour later than through the booking platforms (16:00 and 10:00). Arriving early? You can always drop off your luggage at the property from 12:00; just give us 30 minutes' notice. The building's lift takes you straight to the third floor.

🚗 Park Once, Forget the Car

Drop your bags and forget the car: the Clubhouse offers dedicated covered parking on the premises, guarded by cameras and included at no extra charge, with extra free street parking nearby.

🧸 For Little Guests

Children are welcome at Clubhouse #6. On request and at no extra cost, we prepare a changing table, baby bath, baby monitor and high chair, plus children's tableware, toys, books and a stroller; send us a message ahead of your stay.

🤝 Hosted by the Owners

AZULIS is hosted directly by the owners, Floriana and Kristina, with our own team here in Olbia. Message us whenever you need something; we usually reply within minutes. On stays of six nights or more, a mid-stay clean with fresh linen and towels is included, then every four nights after that.

Good to know: no smoking, no pets, no parties; quiet hours 23:00 to 07:00. Exterior security cameras on the property.
