Cavour Suites 41 is a private two-floor townhouse in a renovated monumental building on Via Cavour, steps from Corso Umberto in Olbia's historic centre. 100 m², fully renovated in 2024, with two king-size bedrooms upstairs, each with its own smart TV, a sofa bed downstairs and 1.5 bathrooms. Made for families, two couples and longer winter stays, with room for up to six.

🛌 Two King Bedrooms

Upstairs, away from the living floor, each bedroom has a king-size bed (160 × 200 cm) with premium linens, custom ergonomic pillows and a high-quality mattress, room-darkening shades and its own smart TV, so everyone can wind down in their own space.

🍳 CREO Kitchen, Table for Six

The CREO kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, blender, bread maker and rice maker, plus an espresso machine, premium cookware and wine glasses. Coffee, olive oil and salt are ready on arrival, and the dining area seats six.

🛋️ Living & Working

Downstairs, the living area has sofa seating and a large smart TV, with shutters that filter the daylight. The sofa bed (160 × 190 cm) with comfort topper sleeps two more, and a dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection covers remote work.

🚿 Bathrooms & Comfort

One full bathroom and one half bathroom, with fresh towels, bidet, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and shower gel. Air conditioning and heating throughout, portable fans, mosquito nets, a washer-dryer, an iron and a drying rack make longer stays easy.

🏖️ Beach Kit Included

A parasol, fast-drying microfibre beach towels and a cool bag with freeze elements are ready for you. On stays of three nights or more, a jute beach bag is yours to keep. Pittulongu and Bados are both about ten minutes by car, and the Costa Smeralda about 25 minutes.

📲 Arrive Any Time

Self check-in runs 24/7 with Vikey: a link in your browser, nothing to download. Register with your ID, as Italian law requires, confirm with a quick selfie and open the door from your phone. After your first entry you also receive the key-box code, so you can use keys or the link, whichever you prefer. Book direct and you check in from 15:00 and check out by 11:00, an hour earlier and an hour later than through the booking platforms (16:00 and 10:00). Arriving early? You can always drop off your luggage at the property from 12:00; just give us 30 minutes' notice. Both bedrooms are on the upper floor, reached by an ordinary staircase.

🚗 Parking & ZTL

Via Cavour 41 sits inside the ZTL, Olbia's camera-controlled limited traffic zone, restricted at all hours, and the city issues no permits to visitors, so park outside it. The free public Ferris wheel car park is a short walk away. For a gated space, our private car park at Via Sassari 20 can be reserved (paid): message us before arrival.

🍽️ The Old Town on Your Doorstep

The townhouse is steps from Corso Umberto but on a quieter street of its own, with cafés, restaurants and wine bars lining the streets around it. Families are welcome: a cot, travel cot, high chair, baby bath, changing table, baby monitor, outlet covers, safety gates, window guards, children's books, toys and dinnerware are free on request.

🤝 Hosted by the Owners

This home is hosted directly by the owners, Floriana and Kristina, with our own team here in Olbia. Message us whenever you need something; we usually reply within minutes. On stays of six nights or more, a mid-stay clean with fresh linen and towels is included, then every four nights after that.
