AZULIS Terme Suite 3 is a quiet top-floor, one-bedroom suite in a restored 19th-century building on Via delle Terme, in the heart of Olbia's historic centre. 60 m² of light-filled space, a king-size bed, a sofa bed for two more guests and a private balcony. At the front the suite looks over the old town, at the back over the garden. Made for couples, with room for up to four.

🌿 Your Private Balcony

Start the day with an espresso at the outdoor table and end it with a glass of Vermentino while the old town comes alive below. The balcony is yours alone, set up with a table and chairs.

🛋️ Designer Living, Real Kitchen

The open-plan living and dining area is furnished by Laskasas and Cloto, with a smart TV, fast Wi-Fi and a dining table for long breakfasts. The CREO designer kitchen has a TEKA oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and an espresso machine, with quality cookware, coffee and cooking basics ready on arrival.

🛌 Sleep Well

The bedroom has a king-size bed (160 × 200 cm) with premium linens and pillows, blackout curtains, a smart TV and a safe. In the living area, a quality sofa bed with topper sleeps two more.

🚿 Bathroom & Comfort

Walk-in shower, bidet, hair dryer, fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Air conditioning and heating, portable fans for the hottest days, a washer-dryer in the suite (free to use), an iron and a drying rack make longer stays easy.

🏖️ Beach Kit Included

A parasol, fast-drying microfibre beach towels and a cool bag with freeze elements are ready for you. On stays of three nights or more, a jute beach bag is yours to keep. The beaches around Olbia, from Pittulongu to Porto Istana, are just minutes away.

📲 Arrive Any Time

Self check-in runs 24/7 with Vikey: a link in your browser, nothing to download. Register with your ID, as Italian law requires, confirm with a quick selfie and open the door from your phone. After your first entry you also receive the key-box code, so you can use keys or the link, whichever you prefer. Book direct and you check in from 15:00 and check out by 11:00, an hour earlier and an hour later than through the booking platforms (16:00 and 10:00). Arriving early? You can always drop off your luggage at the property from 12:00; just give us 30 minutes' notice. The suite is one floor up, reached by a single flight of stairs; there is no lift.

🚗 Parking & ZTL

AZULIS Terme is outside the ZTL, Olbia's camera-controlled limited traffic zone. The zone begins close by, though: the camera gate at Via delle Terme and Via Acquedotto Romano is active 24/7, and the city issues no permits to visitors, so follow our arrival instructions rather than your navigation app. Free street parking is usually available in the area. Restaurants, boutiques and bars are a short walk away. Children are welcome: a crib, high chair, baby bath and safety gates are available on request.

AZULIS is hosted directly by the owners, Floriana and Kristina, with our own team here in Olbia. Message us whenever you need something; we usually reply within minutes. On stays of six nights or more, a mid-stay clean with fresh linen and towels is included, then every four nights after that.
