We had a wonderful stay at Floriana and Kristina’s place. The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Check-in was easy, the instructions were clear, and the communication and service were excellent — 10/10.

Our stay at the villa was absolutely wonderful and honestly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special.

We had a wonderful stay! Floriana and Kristina were always very quick to respond and often checked up to make sure everything was going well. They even had a little welcome gift waiting for us.

We had an absolute 10/10 stay in the heart of Olbia! To be honest, the level of hospitality and professionalism we received from dear Floriana and Kristina was truly beyond what I have seen in many 5-star hotels.

We stayed for 4 nights and felt very comfortable. The place looked exactly like the pictures. Everything was clean and had everything you needed. Location was great, it was walkable to the parking lot, restaurants, and shops.

Great, clean renovated place. Right in the middle of everything. We paid for the parking lot and it was very convenient to come out of the apartment, walk a short block and a half and get to the car.

My family absolutely loved our stay in this apartment. It was impeccably clean, and beautifully modern, with thoughtfully designed interiors and luxury hotel–like amenities.

Its hard to find a property that is even nicer than what the pictures and description state. Highly recommended the Golfo Aranci properties, they are pristine, high tech and incredibly modern.

This was one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed in. Floriana and her team were amazing and very communicative throughout the whole process. The airbnb was very clean, modern, and in the middle of the city center.

I don’t even know where to start. Firstly - the apartment looked just like on the photos and we immediately felt at home. The flat had a very cozy feeling to it which is actually something you can’t see on the photos.

This is the second property we have stayed in managed by Floriana and Kristina and the second time did not disappoint. Their properties are beyond what you expect from an Airbnb. The attention to detail is incredible. From the furniture to the lighting to the TVs to the linens to the wine and cheese gift, everything is high end. The spaces are very modern and well thought out.

A Five Star review for a Five Star property. Sparkling clean and new, moderne, attractive, just as described. So much to do in this central vicinity, tons of great restaurants, bars, gelato shops, people watching and just being in the center of things. Having a car was especially easy as parking within yards of property. 15-20 minutes drive to numerous postcard beaches/coves.

Our stay at the villa was truly unforgettable and exceeded all our expectations. The villa is beautiful, spacious, immaculate, and even better than the photos. The amazing pool was one of the absolute highlights. We spent so much time there as a family and loved every moment. The location is also unbeatable, with the beautiful beach just a 3 minute walk away.

Floriana, Kristina and the Rental12 team were amazing. My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week. The apartment was beautiful and way more thoughtfully equipped than most places I’ve stayed (e.g. cooler, beach umbrella, beach towels and even ice packs.) The bathroom was a highlight too with great water pressure, plenty of hot water, and heated floors.

It took us 8 minutes to get to Floriana and Kristina's place from the airport. We had taken an evening flight so it was great to only have to drive a short distance to our accommodations. But what was amazing was the selection of restaurants, shops and live music available once we got settled in.

This was the best Airbnb apartment we’ve stayed in. The entire building is newly built, modern, and exceptionally clean — from the entrance and hallways to the elevator and the apartment itself. Since we were traveling by car, we especially appreciated the secure parking area with a designated space and an automated gated entrance.

My family had an incredible stay at this property…probably the best Airbnb we have stayed at! Floriana and Kristina were extremely welcoming and helpful. Instructions were very clear, they gave helpful information about the property and the area (including a great blog with recommendations) and they were in communication with me throughout our stay.

My family and I have stayed at several properties using AirBnb and this place was remarkably the cleanest. The location was excellent. Very close to Olbia Airport, lots of amenities nearby (within five minutes walking distance), the parking lot made life very easy, and I have rarely come across such responsive hosts.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Schöne Wohnung in PERFEKTER LAGE. Direkt am Zentrum, gut erreichbar mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Strand mit dem Bus in 30Minuten erreichbar. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr ist sehr einfach. Für nur 1€ fährt man 90Minuten mit dem Bus, einfach per App (ASPO) zu buchen, Haltestelle 200m entfernt.

Ein absoluter Traumurlaub auf Sardinien! Unsere Reise war einfach wundervoll, was wir zu einem großen Teil dieser fantastischen Unterkunft zu verdanken haben. Die Lage ist perfekt: absolut zentral, aber dank der ZTL (verkehrsberuhigte Zone) ab 17 Uhr abends herrlich ruhig.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war wie in der Beschreibung. Sehr sauber und modern war die Wohnung, die Austattung war perfekt, es fehlte an nichts. Sogar für den Strandtag gab es Strandmatten, Kühltasche, Kühlakkus, Strandtasche und einen Sonnenschirm. Praktisch war auch die Waschmaschine in der Wohnung.

Villa Aramis ha superato ogni aspettativa! Appena entrati siamo rimasti senza parole: tutto pulitissimo, curato nei minimi dettagli e ancora più bello dal vivo che nelle foto. Gli spazi sono ampi e comodi, pensati davvero per rilassarsi, e i letti sono comodissimi , abbiamo dormito benissimo ogni notte.

Miglior esperienza di sempre! Villa stupenda, con un design curato nei minimi dettagli: minimalista ma di grande impatto. Le foto ci avevano già conquistato prima della prenotazione, ma all’arrivo c’è un effetto WOW che lascia senza parole.

Excelente experiencia de ppio a fin. Desde antes de llegar, Floriana y Kristina estuvieron pendientes de todo. Nos recibieron con amabilidad y siempre estuvieron disponibles por si surgía cualquier inconveniente, haciéndonos sentir acompañados durante toda la estadía. I had an exceptional stay at AZULIS Villa Athos in Golfo Aranci, Sardinia. It’s easily one of the finest private villa rentals I’ve experienced so far! Located in northern Sardinia, the villa offers breathtaking sea views and beautifully refined, design-led architecture by Anastasia Duke (I asked who made it so lovely!).

We spent a week at this villa in Sardinia and it genuinely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service was spectacular. The team was incredibly responsive, and anytime something needed attention they came and fixed it right away, no fuss. That kind of attentiveness made the whole stay feel effortless.

We stayed at this Golfo Aranci villa and honestly it exceeded expectations in every way. The property is brand new and feels very private, peaceful, and incredibly well designed. The highlight for us was definitely the private pool, which was perfect for relaxing during the day, but the real magic is the panoramic sea views from the rooftop terrace, especially at sunset.

Amazing stay from A to Z!!! We rented the AZULIS 2 apartment and we absolutely loved it, it was perfect! It was super clean, everything was brand new, very technological (no physical key, the access to the building and the apartment were done by an app on your phone) and it was super well equiped.

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 1Teenager) verbrachten 1 Woche im Appartement Azulis nr.3. Es war hervorragend und wir haben es sehr genossen. Das Appartement ist neu, gepflegt, stilvoll eingerichtet, mit allem üblichem Komfort und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet - inkl. Spülmittel, Geschirrtüchern, Geschirrspültabs, Mistäcke sind ausreichend vorhanden.

Jesteśmy rodziną z 3 malutkich dzieci, która właśnie spędziła w Apartamencie AZULIS nr 2 23 dni. Jak się okazało byliśmy w nim pierwszymi gośćmi ;) długo szukaliśmy noclegów na Sardynii, bo nic nam się nie podobało albo cena była astronomiczna, aż wreszcie zobaczyliśmy apartament Azulis i to był strzał w 10 :) gdzie cena odpowiadała jakości, a jakość cenie.

Garibaldi Studio è stata una scelta davvero azzeccata per il nostro soggiorno. La posizione è perfetta, in pieno centro, con ristoranti, negozi e il lungomare raggiungibili comodamente a piedi, ma allo stesso tempo l'ambiente è tranquillo e molto riservato.

It was very tastefully furnished in an excellent location, close to shops and restaurants, secure parking was included, and the attention to detail was remarkable—including wash clothes, insect repellent, beach towels, and even a cooler bag and umbrellas for the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

This cottage was the prefect place for my family of 3! It was super clean, comfortable and modern. There is nothing like coming back from a hot day exploring Sardinia and having an AC that works great! Also the washing machine helped out a lot. The host Kristina was so kind and generous. Response time to messages was amazing.

Everything is perfect in this apartment. It is obvious that the owners put their soul into it. This lovely property was perfectly placed for the old town of Olbia close to wine bars and restaurants. Spotlessly clean and everything in good working order. Absolutely faultless.

The property is new and beautifully spacious, with a kitchen fully stocked with everything you might need to cook and feel at home. There’s a big TV in every room, and the hosts even thought of the little but important details like extra towels, beach equipment and special beach towels.

Struttura completamente nuova e con arredi di lusso, centralissima ma in una via tranquilla. Parcheggio comodo e vicino. Appartamento ricco di ogni servizio, dalla cucina agli asciugamani è tutto nuovo e funzionale. Floriana è stata eccezionale e ci ha guidati in questa esperienza che porteremo sempre con noi. Abbiamo soggiornato dal 25 al 28 aprile negli appartamenti Tigellio per alcuni giorni e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. L’appartamento è moderno, curato in ogni dettaglio, estremamente pulito e dotato di tutto ciò che serve per sentirsi subito a casa.La posizione è comodissima, ideale sia per raggiungere il centro di Olbia sia per esplorare le spiagge della Costa…
