AZULIS Clubhouse #9 Penthouse is a two-bedroom penthouse on Via Bernini in Olbia, part of the AZULIS Collection. 110 m² with two king-size bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sofa bed for two more, sleeping up to six. Its signatures are three panoramic terraces, a private jacuzzi and open views over the sea, the marina, Tavolara and the mountains. Made for longer stays, family holidays and friends travelling together.

🌅 Terraces with Open Views

This penthouse is designed around light and outdoor living. From sunrise coffee to a sunset aperitivo, the three large terraces look out in every direction: the sea, the marina, Tavolara and the mountains. Stretch out on the sun loungers or have dinner outside.

🛁 Your Private Jacuzzi

The private jacuzzi is one of the signature features of the penthouse. It is maintained twice a week, so it stays clean and comfortable for your whole stay. Together with the terraces, it gives you a rooftop-style setting in Olbia.

🍽️ Open-Plan Living, Table for Eight

Inside, a large open-plan living area is made for gathering and relaxing, with a dining table for eight at its centre: long breakfasts, shared dinners, late evenings over wine. The fully equipped kitchen makes self-catering easy.

🛌 Sleep & Comfort

Both bedrooms have a king-size bed (160 × 200 cm) with premium linens and a calm, uncluttered feel. A sofa bed sleeps two more. Fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a washer-dryer in the penthouse make longer stays easy.

🏖️ Beach Kit Included

A parasol, fast-drying microfibre beach towels and a cool bag with freeze elements are ready for you. On stays of three nights or more, a jute beach bag is yours to keep. Pittulongu, Golfo Aranci and the Costa Smeralda are easy excursions from here.

📲 Arrive Any Time

Self check-in runs 24/7 with Vikey: a link in your browser, nothing to download. Register with your ID, as Italian law requires, confirm with a quick selfie and open the door from your phone. After your first entry you also receive the key-box code, so you can use keys or the link, whichever you prefer. Book direct and you check in from 15:00 and check out by 11:00, an hour earlier and an hour later than through the booking platforms (16:00 and 10:00). Arriving early? You can always drop off your luggage at the property from 12:00; just give us 30 minutes' notice. The penthouse is reached by lift.

🚗 Parking for the Penthouse

The penthouse has dedicated covered parking on the premises, guarded by cameras and included at no extra charge; free street parking nearby gives you extra flexibility.

🏙️ City, Marina and Beach

From here you can easily combine city convenience with marina life and beach days. Families are welcome. A changing table, baby bath and baby monitor are available on request at no extra cost, as are children's tableware, toys, books and a stroller. Just message us before you arrive.

🤝 Hosted by the Owners

AZULIS is hosted directly by the owners, Floriana and Kristina, with our own team here in Olbia. Message us whenever you need something; we usually reply within minutes. On stays of six nights or more, a mid-stay clean with fresh linen and towels is included, then every four nights after that.
