AZULIS Tigellio Duplex (Suite 2) is a two-bedroom duplex in a 150-year-old building in Olbia's historic centre, one minute on foot from Corso Umberto. 65 m² over two floors: living room, kitchen and a double sofa bed below, both bedrooms upstairs with a king-size bed and two singles, plus 1.5 bathrooms. Made for families, two couples and groups of friends, for up to six guests.

🛌 Both Bedrooms Upstairs

In the main bedroom: a king-size bed (160 × 200 cm), premium linens, custom pillows, blackout curtains and a smart TV. The second bedroom has two single beds that can stay as twins or be joined into a double, plus a desk, a wall-mounted smart TV and ambient LED lighting.

🛋️ The Living Floor

Downstairs, the open-plan living and dining area has a corner sofa, a large smart TV, recessed lighting and a Bluetooth sound system. The double sofa bed has a real mattress, not a fold-out frame, and a half bathroom on the ground floor means six people are not queuing.

🍳 Custom CREO Kitchen

The custom-made CREO kitchen has a built-in oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, plus an espresso machine, kettle, toaster and Italian cookware. Coffee, tea, olive oil, salt and spices are provided, and a rice cooker, blender or bread maker can be added if you ask.

🚿 Bathroom & Everyday Comfort

The full bathroom has a walk-in rain shower, designer vanity and modern black fixtures. There is also a bidet shower, plus a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Air conditioning, heating, portable fans, a washer-dryer in the apartment and Wi-Fi at 365 Mbps with an Ethernet connection cover the rest.

🏖️ Beach Kit Included

A parasol, fast-drying microfibre beach towels and a cool bag with freeze elements are ready for you. On stays of three nights or more, a jute beach bag is yours to keep. Pittulongu and Bados are a 10 to 15 minute drive.

📲 Arrive Any Time

Self check-in runs 24/7 with Vikey: a link in your browser, nothing to download. Register with your ID, as Italian law requires, confirm with a quick selfie and open the door from your phone. After your first entry you also receive the key-box code, so you can use keys or the link, whichever you prefer. Book direct and you check in from 15:00 and check out by 11:00, an hour earlier and an hour later than through the booking platforms (16:00 and 10:00). Arriving early? You can always drop off your luggage at the property from 12:00; just give us 30 minutes' notice. Both bedrooms are up an internal staircase, worth knowing if stairs are difficult for anyone in your party.

🚗 Parking & ZTL

Via Tigellio 18 lies within the ZTL, Olbia's limited traffic zone, here camera-controlled 24 hours a day; visitors get no permits, so no car reaches the door. Our private car park at Via Sassari 20, walled and gated, is about three minutes on foot; it is paid, so reserve it by messaging us before arrival. Free street parking is nearby, and the free Ferris wheel car park is 550 m away, about 8 minutes on foot.

🍽️ Old Town Life, Quiet Lane

Corso Umberto, with its restaurants, shops and evening life, is a minute away, yet the lane behind it stays quiet, and the Saturday farmers' market is steps from the front door. For children we provide, free if you ask ahead: high chair, crib, travel cot, changing table, baby bath, baby monitor, outlet covers, children's dinnerware, books and toys.

🤝 Hosted by the Owners

AZULIS is hosted directly by the owners, Floriana and Kristina, with our own team here in Olbia. Message us whenever you need something; we usually reply within minutes. On stays of six nights or more, a mid-stay clean with fresh linen and towels is included, then every four nights after that.
