Garibaldi Suites 4, Apartment 3 sits on the second floor of a restored stone building on Via Garibaldi that holds only four apartments. Its French balcony opens over the old town street, and Corso Umberto is a minute away. 60 m², one bedroom with a king-size bed, a sofa bed for two more guests, three smart TVs and a workspace with wired Ethernet. Made for couples, small families and business stays, for up to four guests.

Swing open the double doors and the street life of central Olbia is right below you, within earshot. Inside, calm tones and natural textures give the suite the feel of a private salon above the old town.

💻 Living, Dining & Work

The open-plan living and dining area has a sofa, a table for shared meals and two 65-inch smart TVs. At the dedicated workspace, fast Wi-Fi is backed by a wired Ethernet connection, rare in the old town. Split-system air conditioning, heating and a powerful turbo fan keep the temperature right.

🍳 Cook at Home

The CREO kitchen has a sleek, streamlined layout with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster. Cooking basics, wine glasses and coffee are provided; ask for a blender, bread maker or rice maker if you need one.

🛌 Bedroom & Bathroom

Sleep on a king-size bed (160 × 200 cm) with premium linens and custom pillows, behind room-darkening shades, with a 55-inch smart TV, a safe and a mosquito net. The sofa bed with comfort topper takes two more. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a bidet shower and premium towels, and the washer-dryer is right in the suite.

🏖️ Beach Kit Included

A parasol, fast-drying microfibre beach towels and a cool bag with freeze elements are ready for you. On stays of three nights or more, a jute beach bag is yours to keep. Pittulongu, Bados, Mare e Rocce and Porto Istana are a short drive away.

📲 Arrive Any Time

Self check-in runs 24/7 with Vikey: a link in your browser, nothing to download. Register with your ID, as Italian law requires, confirm with a quick selfie and open the door from your phone. After your first entry you also receive the key-box code, so you can use keys or the link, whichever you prefer. Book direct and you check in from 15:00 and check out by 11:00, an hour earlier and an hour later than through the booking platforms (16:00 and 10:00). Arriving early? You can always drop off your luggage at the property from 12:00; just give us 30 minutes' notice. The suite is on the second floor, reached by two flights of stairs; there is no lift in the building.

🚗 Parking & ZTL

The suite lies inside the ZTL, the camera-controlled limited traffic zone of the old town (active 20:00 to 06:00), and visitors cannot get a permit, so leave the car outside it. Our private gated car park at Via Sassari 20 is 50 metres from the door, a one-minute walk, and can be reserved (paid): message us before arrival. Free street parking is about 8 minutes away on foot.

Olbia's main street for dining, shopping and nightlife is about a minute on foot, and the airport roughly 10 minutes by car. Kids are welcome too: a travel crib, high chair, baby bath and children's tableware can be set up on request.

This home is hosted directly by the owners, Floriana and Kristina, with our own team here in Olbia. Message us whenever you need something; we usually reply within minutes. On stays of six nights or more, a mid-stay clean with fresh linen and towels is included, then every four nights after that.
