Cottage La Marmora: Designer One-Bedroom Townhouse in Olbia's Historic Centre ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cottage La Marmora is a fully renovated one-bedroom townhouse with its own private entrance in Olbia's historic centre, a two-minute walk from Corso Umberto. 50 m², a king-size bed, a separate sofa-bed area for two more guests, a spacious walk-in closet and a large bathroom. The bathroom separates the bedroom from the sofa-bed area, so everyone keeps some privacy. Made for couples and small families, with room for up to four.

🍳 CREO Kitchen & Dining

The custom CREO kitchen has an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and an espresso machine, with premium cookware, coffee, tea, olive oil and spices to get you started. The dining table seats four and comes with linen napkins. A microwave, blender, bread maker and rice maker are available on request.

🛋️ Living Room

The bright open-plan living area has a smart TV, comfortable sofa seating, a reading corner, a Bluetooth sound system and fast Wi-Fi. Air conditioning and heating, plus a portable fan, keep you comfortable.

🛌 Sleep Well

The bedroom has a king-size bed (160 × 200 cm) with premium Italian linens and custom pillows, blackout curtains and shutters, its own smart TV, a safe and the walk-in closet. The separate sofa bed (160 × 190 cm) comes with a topper and sleeps two more.

🚿 Bathroom & Laundry

The spacious bathroom has a walk-in rain shower, a vessel sink, bidet and a lit vanity mirror, with premium towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and shower gel. A washer-dryer in the cottage, a drying rack, an iron, ironing board and a hair dryer make longer stays easy.

🏖️ Beach Kit Included

A parasol, fast-drying microfibre beach towels and a cool bag with freeze elements are ready for you. On stays of three nights or more, a jute beach bag is yours to keep. By car, Pittulongu, Bados, Mare e Rocce and Porto Istana are just minutes away.

📲 Arrive Any Time

Self check-in runs 24/7 with Vikey: a link in your browser, nothing to download. Register with your ID, as Italian law requires, confirm with a quick selfie and open the door from your phone. After your first entry you also receive the key-box code, so you can use keys or the link, whichever you prefer. Book direct and you check in from 15:00 and check out by 11:00, an hour earlier and an hour later than through the booking platforms (16:00 and 10:00). Arriving early? You can always drop off your luggage at the property from 12:00; just give us 30 minutes' notice.

🚗 Parking & ZTL

Cottage La Marmora is outside the ZTL, Olbia's camera-controlled limited traffic zone, where the city issues no permits to visitors. Free street parking is usually available nearby. For peace of mind, our private gated car park at Via Sassari 20, walled and just outside the ZTL, can be reserved (paid): message us before arrival.

Restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets are within easy walking distance, the waterfront is a few minutes away on foot and the Museo Archeologico is about a 10-minute walk. Children are welcome: a crib, travel cot, high chair, baby bath, baby monitor, changing table and children's tableware are available.

🤝 Hosted by the Owners

This home is hosted directly by the owners, Floriana and Kristina, with our own team here in Olbia. Message us whenever you need something; we usually reply within minutes. On stays of six nights or more, a mid-stay clean with fresh linen and towels is included, then every four nights after that.
