Fontana Holiday Suite is a single-level, one-bedroom house on a quiet residential street in Olbia's Aldo Moro district. 65 m², a king-size bed, a sofa bed for two more guests and a large private terrace, fully fenced and not overlooked, with an outdoor kitchen area and dining for six. Free street parking is right at the door. Made for couples, families and remote workers, with room for up to four.

🌿 Your Private Terrace

The terrace is fully fenced and yours alone. Gather around the six-seat dining table in the shade of the parasol, stretch out on the two sunbeds or in the hammock, and use the outdoor kitchen area and lounge furniture for breakfast outside, laptop time or evening drinks.

🍳 Kitchen & Living

The CREO designer kitchen has an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, espresso machine and pantry basics; a microwave, blender, bread maker and rice maker are available on request. The bright open-plan living area has a 65-inch smart TV, Bluetooth sound, fibre Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace and sound-insulated windows.

🛌 Sleep Well

The bedroom has a king-size bed (160 × 200 cm) with premium linens, custom pillows and blackout curtains, a 55-inch smart TV and a quiet outlook toward the terrace. Storage is generous: a wardrobe plus a walk-through closet to the bathroom. In the living area, a sofa bed (160 × 190 cm) sleeps two more.

🚿 Bathroom & Comfort

A spacious walk-in shower, bidet, hotel-grade towels, shower essentials and a hair dryer. A washer-dryer in the house, split-system air conditioning and efficient heating, room by room, keep longer stays comfortable.

🏖️ Beach Kit Included

A parasol, fast-drying microfibre beach towels and a cool bag with freeze elements are ready for you. On stays of three nights or more, a jute beach bag is yours to keep. Pittulongu, Bados and Porto Istana are a short drive away.

📲 Arrive Any Time

Self check-in runs 24/7 with Vikey: a link in your browser, nothing to download. Register with your ID, as Italian law requires, confirm with a quick selfie and open the door from your phone. After your first entry you also receive the key-box code, so you can use keys or the link, whichever you prefer. Book direct and you check in from 15:00 and check out by 11:00, an hour earlier and an hour later than through the booking platforms (16:00 and 10:00). Arriving early? You can always drop off your luggage at the property from 12:00; just give us 30 minutes' notice. The house is all on one level.

Parking is simple: free street parking directly in front of the house, and you can drive right to the door at any hour.

🏡 Life in Aldo Moro

Cafés, bakeries, supermarkets and a park are one to three minutes' walk away, and the Saturday market is within easy walking distance. Corso Umberto is a short drive. Families are welcome: a cot, high chair, baby bath, baby monitor and stroller are free of charge; just tell us before you arrive.

This home is hosted directly by the owners, Floriana and Kristina, with our own team here in Olbia. Message us whenever you need something; we usually reply within minutes. On stays of six nights or more, a mid-stay clean with fresh linen and towels is included, then every four nights after that.
