AZULIS Apartment 5: Suite with Private Terrace and Lift in Olbia's Aldo Moro District ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

AZULIS Apartment 5 is a one-bedroom suite one floor up in the AZULIS building, completed in 2025 in Olbia's quiet Aldo Moro district, with interiors designed by Anastasia Duke. Its 45 m² sleep up to four in a king-size bed and a sofa bed, and the suite has its own private terrace. A lift runs from the parking level to your floor. Made for couples, a small family or a focused work stay.

🌿 Terrace Over the Garden

Sliding doors open onto your private terrace, which looks over a garden. Pull up a stool at the high table for four for espresso in the morning, a fresh salad at lunch or an aperitivo in the evening.

🍳 Kitchen with Breakfast Bar

The open CREO kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and a Nespresso machine with complimentary coffee, plus cookware, olive oil, spices and a breakfast bar with two stools. In the living area: a 65-inch smart TV, a Bluetooth sound system and fast Wi-Fi.

🛌 The King Bedroom

Sleep on a king-size bed (160 × 200 cm) with premium linens and custom pillows, next to a large wardrobe with mirror, ambient lighting and a smart TV you can watch from bed. The living-room sofa opens into a bed with a mattress topper for two more.

🚿 Rainfall Shower & Laundry

The bathroom has a walk-in rainfall shower, a hair dryer, soft towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. A washer-dryer, air conditioning and heating make the suite work for a weekend or a month.

🏖️ Beach Kit Included

A parasol, fast-drying microfibre beach towels and a cool bag with freeze elements are ready for you. On stays of three nights or more, a jute beach bag is yours to keep. Pittulongu and Bados are a 10-minute drive.

📲 Arrive Any Time

Self check-in runs 24/7 with Vikey: a link in your browser, nothing to download. Register with your ID, as Italian law requires, confirm with a quick selfie and open the door from your phone. After your first entry you also receive the key-box code, so you can use keys or the link, whichever you prefer. Book direct and you check in from 15:00 and check out by 11:00, an hour earlier and an hour later than through the booking platforms (16:00 and 10:00). Arriving early? You can always drop off your luggage at the property from 12:00; just give us 30 minutes' notice. The apartment is one floor up, and the lift runs from the parking level to your floor.

One gated space on site comes free with your stay, in a parking area with camera surveillance, and there are free street parking options nearby as well.

Step outside and you are moments from cafés, bakeries, boutiques and the lively Saturday market on Viale Aldo Moro, with supermarkets close by. For babies, free on request: a travel crib, high chair, baby bath, changing table and baby monitor.

🤝 Hosted by the Owners

AZULIS is hosted directly by the owners, Floriana and Kristina, with our own team here in Olbia. Message us whenever you need something; we usually reply within minutes. On stays of six nights or more, a mid-stay clean with fresh linen and towels is included, then every four nights after that.
