On March 1 2025, RENTAL12 began construction of the AZULIS Clubhouse — a six-storey landmark that will redefine modern luxury living in Olbia’s city centre. Designed for discerning travellers, the project will combine the privacy of a residence with the elegance of a design hotel, establishing a new benchmark for serviced apartments in Sardinia. 🏗️✨
The AZULIS Clubhouse will feature a limited collection of spacious two- and three-bedroom residences, each with multiple bathrooms, private terraces, lift access, and dedicated parking. Every apartment will be furnished with custom designer interiors curated by AZULIS Design Director Anastasia Duke, reflecting the brand’s signature balance of Design • Comfort • Sardinian Charm. Construction is managed by local contractors under Lion Development Group and is scheduled for completion by June 15 2026.

True to the AZULIS Green Collection principles, the building is engineered for energy efficiency (A2+), acoustic insulation, and smart-home automation. Every residence will include digital keyless entry via Vikey Smart Access, high-speed Wi-Fi, and on-demand housekeeping.
Once completed, the AZULIS Clubhouse will join acclaimed developments such as Tigellio Suites, Villas Dumas, and Via Cavour Penthouses, further expanding the RENTAL12 portfolio across Northern Sardinia. The building’s strategic downtown location connects effortlessly to Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport (OLB), beaches, marinas, and cultural attractions — ideal for both short-term guests and long-stay residents.
Developed and owned by Lion Development SRL, the project continues the group’s mission of creating low-impact, high-design architecture throughout Sardinia. The Clubhouse is developed and owned by Lion Development SRL and operated by RENTAL12 through its AZULIS brand.
It combines the privacy of a home with hotel-level amenities, lift access, private terraces, parking, and custom design furniture.
