AZULIS Apartment 3 is a two-bedroom home, all on one level, on the ground floor of AZULIS, a 2025 building of just nine apartments in Olbia's Aldo Moro district, with interiors by Anastasia Duke. Its 65 m² sleep up to six in a king-size bed, two singles and a sofa bed. Two private terraces and a fenced garden make it feel like a house rather than a flat. Made for families with small children.

☀️ Two Terraces, One Garden

One terrace for breakfast, one for the evening, so morning sun and evening shade are both covered. The garden is fenced all round, which matters when you travel with small children, and comes with garden furniture and an outdoor shower.

🍳 Kitchen & Living Room

In the custom-made CREO kitchen you will find an oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave: everything for a proper meal, and a dining table to eat it at. The living room opens straight onto the terrace, with a 65-inch smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi.

🛌 Sleeping for Six

Bedroom one has a king-size bed (160 × 200 cm); in bedroom two there are two single beds, and both rooms come with a 55-inch smart TV. The sofa bed in the living room takes two more. Custom-designed pillows, top-tier mattresses and premium linens throughout.

🌬️ Climate & Comfort

Adjustable air conditioning, heating and a powerful turbo fan for the hottest weeks keep the temperature where you want it. The bathroom has a shower, bidet and hair dryer, and the washer-dryer is right in the apartment.

🏖️ Beach Kit Included

A parasol, fast-drying microfibre beach towels and a cool bag with freeze elements are ready for you. On stays of three nights or more, a jute beach bag is yours to keep. Pittulongu, Bados and Porto Istana are all a few minutes by car.

📲 Arrive Any Time

Self check-in runs 24/7 with Vikey: a link in your browser, nothing to download. Register with your ID, as Italian law requires, confirm with a quick selfie and open the door from your phone. After your first entry you also receive the key-box code, so you can use keys or the link, whichever you prefer. Book direct and you check in from 15:00 and check out by 11:00, an hour earlier and an hour later than through the booking platforms (16:00 and 10:00). Arriving early? You can always drop off your luggage at the property from 12:00; just give us 30 minutes' notice. Everything is on the ground floor, with no stairs inside the apartment.

🚗 Parking for One Car

Park inside the residence: free gated parking for one car is included. The entrance and the parking area are under video surveillance, and you can park for free on the street nearby too.

The Saturday farmers’ market is on your doorstep, and the cafés, boutiques and restaurants of Viale Aldo Moro are steps away. For little ones: crib, high chair, changing table, baby bath, baby monitor, safety gates and children's tableware on request.

🤝 Hosted by the Owners

AZULIS is hosted directly by the owners, Floriana and Kristina, with our own team here in Olbia. Message us whenever you need something; we usually reply within minutes. On stays of six nights or more, a mid-stay clean with fresh linen and towels is included, then every four nights after that.
