AZULIS Villa Athos: Jet-Stream Pool and Rooftop Sea Views in Golfo Aranci ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

AZULIS Villa Athos is a newly built two-bedroom villa in Golfo Aranci, part of the Villas Dumas collection and 200 m from the beach. 226 m² over several levels, with two king-size en-suite bedrooms, a games room with a king sofa bed and a lift to every floor. Outside are a jet-stream pool, an outdoor kitchen and a rooftop terrace with panoramic sea views. Made for slow coastal days and long evenings outside, for up to six guests.

🏊 Jet-Stream Pool & Outdoor Kitchen

The private jet-stream pool (5.50 × 3.50 × 1.30 m) is compact but powerful: swim against the current, then dry off on the sun loungers. From 1 May 2027 the pool is heated. Outside you also have an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, a dining table for six and a designer outdoor rain shower for rinsing off after the pool or the beach. The garden is fenced.

🌅 Rooftop Terrace

Take the lift or the stairs up to the rooftop terrace: lounge seating, panoramic sea and bay views and sunsets to end the day.

🛋️ Designer Living & Kitchen

Architect-led interiors with genuine designer furniture by Laskasas, Cloto and Domkapa and an original signed artwork. Large glass doors open from the living area, with its 75-inch smart TV, to the terrace and pool. The designer kitchen has an oven, electric cooktop, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker, with seating at the island.

🛌 Two King Suites

The first-floor master has a king-size bed (160 × 200 cm), a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with rain shower. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, a generous walk-through closet and its own bathroom with rain shower. Premium linens, custom-made pillows, air conditioning, heating and room-darkening shades throughout, plus a washer-dryer in the villa.

🎮 Games Room

Downstairs, the separate games room sleeps two on a king sofa bed with topper. It has a second 75-inch TV, an Xbox Series S with family-friendly games, board games, books, a Bluetooth sound system and a spacious wardrobe with a kitchenette.

🏖️ Beach Kit Included

A parasol, fast-drying microfibre beach towels and a cool bag with freeze elements are ready for you. On stays of three nights or more, a jute beach bag is yours to keep. The beach is only 200 m from the villa.

📲 Arrive Any Time

Self check-in runs 24/7 with Vikey: a link in your browser, nothing to download. Register with your ID, as Italian law requires, confirm with a quick selfie and open the door from your phone. After your first entry you also receive the key-box code, so you can use keys or the link, whichever you prefer. Book direct and you check in from 15:00 and check out by 11:00, an hour earlier and an hour later than through the booking platforms (16:00 and 10:00). Arriving early? You can always drop off your luggage at the property from 12:00; just give us 30 minutes' notice. A lift runs from the ground floor to every level, including the rooftop terrace.

🚗 Parking

Parking is included: free on-site parking with camera surveillance, plus free street parking outside. Drive straight to the door.

Restaurants, boutiques and beaches are close by, and Porto Rotondo and the Costa Smeralda are within easy reach. Our own team can arrange a boat or yacht charter, a private chef or an airport transfer. Children are welcome.

🤝 Hosted by the Owners

AZULIS is hosted directly by the owners, Floriana and Kristina, with our own team here in Olbia. Message us whenever you need something; we usually reply within minutes. On stays of six nights or more, a mid-stay clean with fresh linen and towels is included, then every four nights after that.
