RENTAL12 has officially begun the full renovation of Via Delle Terme 18 in the heart of Olbia’s historic district — transforming a traditional Sardinian townhouse into three refined one-bedroom residences under the AZULIS Collection. The project marks another milestone in the company’s mission to preserve Olbia’s architectural heritage while elevating it to the standards of modern luxury hospitality. 🏗️✨
Work commenced in mid-September 2025 with a projected ten-month schedule and completion set for June 1 2026. Each apartment will feature high ceilings, natural stone finishes, and hand-crafted joinery paired with modern amenities such as smart-home lighting, high-speed Wi-Fi, and climate-efficient systems. Designed for discerning travellers seeking authenticity with elegance, the new residences will offer private terraces, fully equipped kitchens, and contemporary interiors inspired by the colours and textures of Sardinia’s landscape.

The building, located near Olbia’s ancient Roman Baths and steps away from the city’s main piazzas, represents the next evolution of the AZULIS Delle Terme concept — boutique apartments that harmonise local tradition with global design excellence. Every detail will be overseen by AZULIS Design Director Anastasia Duke, whose vision integrates soft neutral tones, custom lighting, and artisanal furnishings made in Sardinia.
True to the Conscious Hospitality mission, the renovation will use eco-certified materials, water-efficient fixtures, and advanced thermal insulation to achieve an A2 energy rating. Local builders and craftsmen have been commissioned to ensure both authenticity and minimal environmental impact. The project contributes to the wider revitalisation of central Olbia — balancing preservation and progress.
Once complete, the Via Delle Terme 18 residences will join AZULIS Clubhouse, Tigellio Suites, and Villas Dumas as part of RENTAL12’s growing network of design-forward homes across Northern Sardinia. Each property is personally owned, managed, and maintained by RENTAL12 — ensuring unmatched consistency, integrity, and service quality.
