Are the AZULIS Apartments a new build?

Yes: complete demolition and reconstruction at Via Pisano 16 in the Aldo Moro district of Olbia, completed May 2025, with reinforced concrete structure, thermal coating, 9 apartments, and underground parking.

The original building was demolished after the structural survey concluded retrofitting was not viable to meet current Italian seismic and energy codes. The new build delivers an Italian Class A energy rating with electric induction throughout (no gas), giving guests modern climate control and lower running costs.

Is AZULIS Tigellio located in the historic centre of Olbia?

Yes: AZULIS Tigellio Suites are inside Olbia's historic centre, between Corso Umberto and the Basilica di San Simplicio. The historic exterior was preserved while the internal structure was completely rebuilt to modern seismic standards.

The project delivered 3 boutique suites in 2025. Because the building is inside the ZTL (no-traffic zone), private parking is via the dedicated RENTAL12 parking at Via Sassari 20 — the only legal long-stay solution for guests inside Olbia's old town.

What makes AZULIS Villas Dumas in Golfo Aranci unique?

A "completion" project transforming a structural skeleton in Golfo Aranci into 3 luxury villas (Athos 2BR, Aramis 3BR, plus a third unit) with private pools, hydraulic lifts, roof terraces, and full home automation. Planned completion May 2026.

The villas operate as direct-booking properties via dedicated landing sites villasdumas.it and golfoarancivilla.it, plus the main rental12.com search. Hydraulic lifts make the villas accessible across all three floors — rare on a Sardinia luxury villa rental.

What is unique about the AZULIS Delle Terme project?

Urban regeneration at Via delle Terme 19 transforming a circa-1900 building in Olbia's historic centre into 3 modern luxury suites with private gardens and a hydraulic lift. Planned completion June 2026.

Adding private outdoor space inside the centro storico is rare — most historic-centre apartments have only juliet balconies. The hydraulic lift removes the typical 4-flight stair barrier of historic Sardinian buildings.
