The project was first publicly framed in the October 2025 final-phase release. Structural work completed in 2024; the refinement and interior design phase began 1 September 2025; today's announcement closes the build cycle ahead of the summer 2026 season. Interiors are by Anastasia Duke, AZULIS Design Director, with designer furniture from Laskasas. Two villas, two architectures — Athos and Aramis

Two years of build — structure, refinement, opening
