Villa Athos (2 bedrooms, private pool, equipped roof terrace, sea view, Laskasas interior, play room) and Villa Aramis (3 bedrooms, private pool, internal lift across all floors, rooftop dining, Laskasas interior, play room) are the flagship of the AZULIS Villas typology — the highest specification tier within the wider AZULIS collection from RENTAL12 / Lion Development S.r.l. The project was first publicly framed in the October 2025 final-phase release. Structural work completed in 2024; the refinement and interior design phase began 1 September 2025; today's announcement closes the build cycle ahead of the summer 2026 season. Interiors are by Anastasia Duke, AZULIS Design Director, with designer furniture from Laskasas. Each villa carries A++ energy classification, solar-assisted systems, smart climate control, high-efficiency insulation, and original wall art added to the AZULIS Art Collection.

Two villas, two architectures — Athos and Aramis

Two years of build — structure, refinement, opening

The AZULIS opening calendar 2026 — Villas Dumas, then DelleTerme, then Clubhouse
Quick answer: AZULIS Villas Dumas opening 15 June is the second of three AZULIS-typology openings in 2026.
