The decision moves the opening from a planned July 2026 launch into the autumn-winter season, with long-term residency bookings — corporate housing, winter rentals, and extended digital-nomad stays — opening immediately.

The Clubhouse will not be available for short-stay summer holiday rentals in 2026. RENTAL12 confirmed that the schedule change is a quality-first decision taken to guarantee that every interior — from the Laskasas and Cloto furniture programme to the bespoke linen and original wall art — meets the AZULIS specification on the day the first guest arrives.
