This new amenity program is part of RENTAL12’s ongoing commitment to Conscious Hospitality, where design meets everyday practicality. By standardizing high-quality beach equipment across all properties, guests no longer need to purchase or transport bulky items — they can simply arrive, unpack, and head straight to the sea.

These beach kits will be standard in all RENTAL12 locations — from elegant city apartments in Olbia’s historic centre to sea-view villas in Golfo Aranci and upcoming AZULIS residences along the Costa Smeralda.
